GooglePhoned up and agreed a time for a viewing. Waited 25 minutes, no one turned up or answered the door. Phone 2let2 multiple times but no answer and the 4th phonecall was picked up and immediately slammed down. Will not be using them again.

GoogleNo flexibility when it comes to guarantors... Demanding 12 months rent up front if we couldn't supply a guarantor, absolutely clueless company, avoid.

GoogleIf you want everything in your house to be broken and stay broken for months then this is the agency for you. They also leave people without a bed when they're rooms flooded despite having 3 spare rooms in the house.

GoogleLived in Cardiff for 4 years- 2let2 are the worst letting agents I have been with. Terrible house, terrible customer service and overcharge the end of year fines, which we had to take legal action against them.

GoogleDo NOT let off these people. They prey on students who don't know much about renting houses and bleed them dry for everything they can. Money grabbing, horrible staff. I would not use this agency ever again, absolutely vile.

GoogleHad a great experience with 2let2, they would always go that extra mile to help with any issues. Fees are a lot lower than most agency's in Cardiff too which is great! Would defiantly use them again.

GoogleWhen I move to university here I was able to find a place 2let2 within a week, so simple and effective - I;d really use them again if I come back for a postgrad course. Perfect!

GoogleI've rented from 2let2 for the past year with 5 other people. Every maintence problem we've had (including major problems with our drains) have been resolved quickly. Overall a great company to rent from.

GoogleVery Unprofessional! They take ages to answer to an email and when you got a view they cancel it 15 minutes before the appointment.
