GoogleI agree totally with all the other bad reviews. I have had the exact same problems as them! They have been hell to deal with from day one! We had mice for the whole year, even coming into my bedroom and they did nothing! I didn't even have a bed when I first moved in even though they took almost all of the previous tenants bond to fix the problems they caused, however are now trying to make us pay for them! GO TO PINNACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY CLEAR OF 2LET2!!!!!!!

GoogleAbsolutely awful service and a complete rip off. I am sure tramps STAY on the street just to avoid dealing with this agency. So many problems I wouldn't know where to start. Our house was plagued with maintenance issues from day 1. Let me give you a quick run down: - A huge hole in the kitchen floor which they attempted to fill with sand rather than add a new floor board. - Broken front door (wouldn't unlock) and broken back door (wouldn't lock) which left housemates trapped in the house. - 2Let2's DEDICATED MAINTENANCE MAN shows up WITH NO TOOLS (after 3 days of calling and being unable to open our door). - Resorted to paying privately for a bloke to come in and do the job so we no longer had to climb our garden wall and go through the neighbour's house to leave the property. - They charge you £55 when you LEAVE the property on top of HIGH AGENCY FEES. - They purposely do a shoddy and quick inventory when you move in, making you believe that it doesn't matter, but then charge you for everything they "accidentally" missed out when it comes to moving out. They will then claim it was you who caused the damage and force you to pay for it. - For damage that you did actually cause, they charge completely unreasonable amounts, regardless of whether you tried to fix it yourself. - Will try to claim that structural defects are actually the tenants responsibility. - Damp in the bedrooms gave one housemate a chest infection. - Will be incredibly friendly and helpful when viewing and choosing a house with them but ignore you completely once they have your money. All in all absolutely shocking - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm sure you could build a better house out of sand and live there with zero maintenance issues and hassle. If you need sand call me. I've got plenty in the hole in my kitchen.

GoogleA pleasant experience with 2let2 organising accomodation for my daughter's second year at Cardiff University. Everything was simple including payments and organising of moving in. Will use them again.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! Being new to the area, I really needed some professional advice and guidance about which properties would meet my needs and budget, and I was not disappointed. The agents I dealt with provided excellent customer service, were really friendly; and went above and beyond the norm. The range of properties they had to offer was also very impressive and I felt they really understood what I wanted. Would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleCrooked agents! Very pushy when viewing houses, “you need to put a deposit down now or the house will be gone”. This is simply not true. Whenever the house needed routine maintenance/repairs 2let2 never sent anyone. And good luck getting your deposit back, the amount of made up charges, charges for damage that was already there and charges for general wear and tear! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

GoogleWould have given zero stars, my son felt pressured to put down a deposit, when I spoke to them on the phone they were unhelpful and did not email me the information I requested. The contact was overly complicated. Suffice to say we did not use them.

GoogleAs a tenant now with 2let2 company almost five years, no other agents have even come close to the service, standards and personal approach this agency uniquely builds itself upon a service which goes above and beyond all expectations, I personally will continue using 2let2 letting agency as I find the service is second to none after also having personal experiences with other leading agents in Cardiff that don't even come close..

GoogleWorst letting agents in Cardiff and possibly the whole country. Once you've signed a contract with them they literally don't care about you, which is the experience I had renting as a student. Caused so much stress over my final year at uni by just refusing to sort things in my property which were their responsibility. Terrible experience from start of tenancy to finish.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, would not recommend. Late replying to every email or phone call. Maintenance problems with the house from the first day were not resolved. Realised we had been overcharged for everything after speaking to another local agency. And no possibility for receiving our deposit after spending the last day cleaning every corner of the house. Would recommend any other estate agency, 2let2 were disgraceful.

GoogleNot even 1 star. Bunch of cowboys! Allow drugs and antisocial behaviour to take place and tell residents to sort it themselves via police. Do nothing to evict problem tenants. Left 3 months early even though paid full amount and was threatened by staff if we didn't pay! Reported to ombudsman! Stay away as all they want is your money.

GooglePlease avoid this company, you will lose your deposit.Please take 100s of photos and even then expect a court case battle. Zero stars Zero Stars yep they are cheap for a reason.

GoogleCut all contact with us once they moved us in. Had a slug problem: no response. Never showed us where the water meter was: no response. They were fine scheduling viewings at 6 though, but don't expect them to reliably show up. You're better off using the letting from the student union

GoogleTerrible customer service. Have repeatedly ignored correspondence and failed to take any action to remedy problems until chased. Although blame has been accepted by one of their Landlords for a problem, they are doing nothing about the problem and have not responded to any emails for the last 3 weeks.
