Page & Co is a friendly business who are always available to answer my questions and welcoming if I drop into their office at any time. They explain everything clearly with good documentation before any agreement is signed and found excellent tenants who matched my request. The hassle of the financial side of letting the property is completely and competently handled by Page & Co. Maintenance requests from the tenants are handled promptly and Page & Co has a good network of individuals and companies to carry out any type of repairs, that have always been of high quality. Communication is professional and timely between Page & Co, myself, the tenants and the property's management company. I would happily recommend them to any potential customer.

I came in contact with Page & Co some years ago, after Mrs Page bought the business of an agency in Ashford that I had been using for letting services. Straight away I was impressed by the staff's efficient, helpful and friendly manner. Page & Co manage three properties for me. I have found that that their bookkeeping is always accurate, unlike that of the agency I had been using. Their monthly landlord's statement easy to understand, and the residual rent is sent the landlord promptly. For example, last month's rent was received in my bank account on the same day that the monthly statement was issued. If a rental property needs repairs, the staff inform the landlord without delay, and they swiftly act on the landlord's instructions. In short, Page & Co is a five-star agency!

Holly, Laura and Natalie were simply amazing at handling the sale of my property. They knew from the start that I had slight reservations about using a smaller family run estate agent rather than a larger corporate one, but I was not let down by sticking to my preference to use local businesses. I was told that the house would likely sell quickly but I was still surprised to have five viewings and four offers within 24 hours of the listing going live, accepting an offer the following day. The team went the extra mile in helping with other services, such as removals too. From the house going on the market to completion took under three months (and I'm sure would have been sooner if not for solicitors!!). All the best for the future and would undoubtedly use again.

Page and Co have been absolutely outstanding in every single step of the process. Originally I was looking at a different area, so they went out and started searching for me. However, after listening to what it was I was looking for, they then showed me the property that I am now living in! It was exactly what I had wanted. They listened well and didn't try to push other properties on me. From that moment on, there was constant communication. Not only with me, but with the seller, the solicitor and the mortgage people. This was my first house buy and everyone has told me how stressful it was, but Page and Co made everything so manageable. If there was ever a doubt or question, they would answer it for me or chase up the people to get the answer. We saw the house in January, and by May, we were in our new home. The team at Page & Co always respond quickly to any issues and give excellent advice. They always ensure they get the best deal for me as a landlord in letting my property, vetting prospective tenants, asking a competitive rent and making sure that the property is well presented and fulfils all legal requirements. As managing agents they are wonderful - they deal quickly and efficiently with any problems and are always on hand to talk through any issues and answer questions. I would not use anyone else!
