We bought our house through Page & Co and couldn’t be happier with the service. Completion was delayed by nearly 5pm close-of-business day, and we were worried we might end up without a home. Page & Co went above and beyond, liaising with the solicitors to make sure we would get the keys - successfully, for which we are so grateful. We have a 19 month old baby and a cat, and Page & Co's support during that stressful time meant everything to us. Completion finally took place the next day, and instead of waiting for a call from our solicitors, we received a courtesy call from Page & Co letting us know everything was complete. From start to finish, truly a dedicated and professional team. It’s clear that each and every member genuinely cares, and we would highly recommend them and use their services again.

We were recommended to use Page & Co and we were so glad we did! We first met Emma and she was amazing at giving a really accurate valuation which other agents had not done. We had a range of valuations which were so different and so we were happy to finally get an accurate one for our house. We then dealt with Laura initially and she was amazing and really knowledgeable about everything and she gave great advice. We unfortunately lost our first buyer but Elisse was on the case straight away and didn't waste any time getting us more viewings! She was so pro active and we got another buyer soon after. Elisse followed up each week on a regular basis and kept all the communication lines open which helped us get to the completion. I cannot thank Natalie and the team at Page & Co enough for their amazing, personal and professional service. I viewed a property that Page&Co were listing back in 2022 and I was incredibly impressed with Natalie’s knowledge, understanding of the property and viewing experience all round. I knew that when it came to selling my property, I wanted her to be my agent! Having just completed on my own sale, a few things really stood out to me as to why they really do work so hard and deserve a 5star rating; always, ALWAYS reply promptly to emails and phone calls, they do their homework on the property before any viewings and ask many questions to ensure that any potential buyers are well informed, a fantastic listing with great photos, pricing that is accurate and not unrealistic! All paperwork was sent very swiftly to solicitors and Natalie certainly kept her finger on the pulse in regards to the chain, solicitors etc. Thanks again all at Page&Co, a great bunch of hard working people who do truly work so hard for their clients!

Please take the time to read this review and all responses in its entirety. This organisation ignored my parents emails for about a week when we reported that they have no heating in the winter. (Note my parents cannot call during working hours) Once i called them in the to report that we had no heating and that our emails were being ignored they were extremely rude and dismissive of the phone. All agents terminated the call on me and they still have no heating as i write this and they refuse to confirm when a contractor will be here. I must note that these agents will hang up on you when you question their service and not when you are rude. They take no accountability and their response to fair criticisms is appalling. This is such poor service, my parents are old and work many hours, and have to freeze when they get back to their home. Also the heating in their property always breaksdown. The last contractor who came around explicitly said that the boiler needs to be replaced. When I mentioned this to the agents, they noted that they don’t have that on record. They have no coordination. They take no accountability for their service failure and then proceed to treat vulnerable tenants rudely and with poor customer service. Bad service, and no professionalism, no coordination, and just plainly disgusting treatment of their customers. Having looked at some other comments I can see that this treatment of their customers is a trend and there is always some elaborate excuse for their service failure, and even worse they have excuses for why they treat their customers poorly. Edit this: this is in response to their reply below. I must be very clear at no point was there use of any vulgar language in my phone call, though I can admit the last phone-call got very heated on BOTH ends. Note that i only became agitated on the call after the agent threatened to hang up AGAIN- note the agent gave me no answers to vital questions at this stage, also note that this was after having had the 4th phone call terminated on me. My question were and still are: WHEN will the contractor be here? note there seemed to be no urgency. Why is there no record that this boiler needs to be replaced? No contractor or agent was able or willing to answer these questions. If this was for my property, I wouldn’t be as outraged right now. But this is for my vulnerable parents. And for some clarity just so that you can see the extent of the service failure, my parents reported that this property has no Heating on the 16th of October, today is the 25th of October. STILL no heating, and not even a response to any of their emails to acknowledge the receipt of them. Note this boiler always breakdown, and needs replacement as per the advice from previous contractors. Still NO ANSWERS. The response that I got to this google review is a testament to how this organisation treats their customers and also confirms my points in my original review. Disgusting treatment. And beyond that what disgusts me even more is that these agents also went on question my presence at my parents household. I have just literally had to send my tenancy agreement in to them to prove that I am currently visiting them. IMAGINE, this is their response to my google review but STILL no HEATING? After ignoring all their emails other emails. This is the FIRST response my parents are getting from them. How disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This complaint would not exist if your organisation would take accountability for your failures and then find solutions. Instead you make threats and and refuse to cooperate with customers when your failures are pointed out to you. You failed to respond to emails for over 10 days, this heating problem is a recurring issue, you are RUDE and condescending in your phone calls and also in your very late responses to your emails. So no putting this review on the internet did not make me feel better. What will make me feel better is knowing my parents have heating and knowing they are being treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Well where to start! We have had the pleasure of buying a house through Page & Co and the delight of meeting Holly who was just amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us through the whole way even chasing solicitors. During the sale we found a leek outside the property but that was no issue for her or the Page & Co team and this was dealt with swiftly and we was kept updated throughout! I would definitely use Holly and the team again without a doubt. Even on the odd occasion Holly was unavailable everyone was so helpful and always cheerful.

If I could give less I would. Awful handling of the documents before and after our tenancy. Missing various important clauses in agreements. Did not fix issues with the property despite promising to in writing and verbally. Aided and abetted the Landlord with blatant money making from our deposit, don't bother spending hours to clean your property because they will rip up the house after you have left and claim that you left the place dirty when in fact they have turned the house into a building site. WORST ESTATE AGENT I have ever dealt with. Edit after response from agent - Documents were sent out with mistakes and I had a minor argument over the phone about being pressed for money I did not owe (whilst out for my partners birthday) because a clause had not been added which had needed to be, this had to be amended twice due to a basic template document being sent over. We were not allowed to contact our landlord only your agents, previously reported were broken floorboards, damp walls with stripping paint and various other issues which were never dealt with. It is certainly true you work for the landlord and not us, because a check out was not done when we were due to leave the property, despite us asking over the phone so disputes over cleanliness would not happen. This meant that in your check out same issues with the house at move in were present at move out and were claimed against us, blatant overlooking and allowing the landlord to take money from us, and with good conscience you knew of the landlords plans to rip up the house days after we left and use our money to clean up after that. As you would not clean a place and then rip it up. I may be frustrated and bitter with the decision but if only anyone could see my evidence the adjudication would not have gone any way at all in the landlords favour, most of my evidence and photos were not taken into account in the adjudicators own words. But I am not just angry with the landlord but with yourselves, so my statement stands, and when in the future I am not so bitter it will still stand. Everything spoken about here in this review, despite being written 3 months after has been verbally spoken about with your agents, so maybe there should be some better communication between you. This review may be late but it was only delayed by my conscience to not put your company down, but as you have acted so 'non-biased' it has swayed my hand. Not everything about your company is bad, the people are nice and they have done many things to be helpful, but I cannot say that my overall experience has been good.

We used Page & Co to sell our flat after trying and failing with another agent - the difference was night and day. The other agent (the biggest in the region) promised the world but only scraped a couple of viewings over 10 weeks - Page & Co took over and had more viewings with credible buyers within a couple of weeks. They were able to work at our convenience and it felt like they were far more invested in us, being a smaller firm. Holly was on top of everything every step of the way, going above and beyond to keep us updated and informed of developments and liaising with our buyer. Although selling our property was frustrating at times, Holly and her team did everything they could, were always pleasant to deal with, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
