GooglePage & Co, and especially Holly, were fantastic on our house sale from start to finish. We ended up in a bit of a nightmare chain with a lot of poor communication above us, but Holly remained professional and diligent on the case to keep things moving over several months, and kept us involved at every step. Fantastic experience and have recommended them to friends for their future sales. And lovely people to boot as well. Wish I could give more stars!

GoogleI can't rate Page & Co highly enough. Holly was superb supporting me with the sale of my flat, which was more complex than usual, being formerly a shared-ownership property. I was also going through some difficult life changes at the time of the sale, so I'm very grateful for the fact that Holly was attentive, keeping me appraised of the situation throughout and was honest and realistic with me about everything from day one. I've never received such professional service from any other estate agent.

GoogleIf I could give less I would. Awful handling of the documents before and after our tenancy. Missing various important clauses in agreements. Did not fix issues with the property despite promising to in writing and verbally. Aided and abetted the Landlord with blatant money making from our deposit, don't bother spending hours to clean your property because they will rip up the house after you have left and claim that you left the place dirty when in fact they have turned the house into a building site. WORST ESTATE AGENT I have ever dealt with. Edit after response from agent - Documents were sent out with mistakes and I had a minor argument over the phone about being pressed for money I did not owe (whilst out for my partners birthday) because a clause had not been added which had needed to be, this had to be amended twice due to a basic template document being sent over. We were not allowed to contact our landlord only your agents, previously reported were broken floorboards, damp walls with stripping paint and various other issues which were never dealt with. It is certainly true you work for the landlord and not us, because a check out was not done when we were due to leave the property, despite us asking over the phone so disputes over cleanliness would not happen. This meant that in your check out same issues with the house at move in were present at move out and were claimed against us, blatant overlooking and allowing the landlord to take money from us, and with good conscience you knew of the landlords plans to rip up the house days after we left and use our money to clean up after that. As you would not clean a place and then rip it up. I may be frustrated and bitter with the decision but if only anyone could see my evidence the adjudication would not have gone any way at all in the landlords favour, most of my evidence and photos were not taken into account in the adjudicators own words. But I am not just angry with the landlord but with yourselves, so my statement stands, and when in the future I am not so bitter it will still stand. Everything spoken about here in this review, despite being written 3 months after has been verbally spoken about with your agents, so maybe there should be some better communication between you. This review may be late but it was only delayed by my conscience to not put your company down, but as you have acted so 'non-biased' it has swayed my hand. Not everything about your company is bad, the people are nice and they have done many things to be helpful, but I cannot say that my overall experience has been good.
Dear Ethan, It's a shame that you have felt the need to write such a harsh review of us during your time as a student in one of our properties. I am not sure what you mean about the awful handling of documents and missing various clauses in the agreement. These issues have never been raised by you previously and upon checking your file, there was nothing unusual about your application and documentation. With regards to fixing issues in the property, your landlord uses his own contractor most of the time and therefore dealt with any minor issues. However, it was unfortunate that at the time you moved in there was a leak from the overflow pipe in the loft. This was dealt with as quickly as possible. My colleague has told me that you were not happy to have this inconvenience but I am afraid these things can happen in a property and I am confident we dealt with it efficiently. With regard to us 'aiding and abetting' the landlord to claim from your deposit, if you mean we acted upon his instruction, then yes, we did. We work for the landlord and your landlord wanted to make a claim against your deposit and we uploaded this claim on his behalf. Deposit claims are between landlord and tenant, the agent is merely the facilitator of the process. You moved out of your property on 30th June this year but have decided to write this review now because the deposit adjudicator has made a decision based upon the evidence uploaded by both parties, of which you are not happy with. Whilst I understand your frustration and obvious bitterness, the adjudicator is there to provide an impartial view and final decision on whether the landlord's claim is justified. In your case, the adjudicator ruled in both your favours. Deposits are dealt with using the ingoing inventory/condition report and the final check out inspection report when you vacate. Your landlord used these reports to build his claim. Again these reports are non biased. You moved into the property shortly after the previous tenants moved out and therefore some works were postponed until after you left, I don't see why this makes a difference to the condition you leave the property. I have emailed you separately as you know and if you require further clarification on any of the issues raised in your review, then please contact the office and speak with our Lettings Manager. As mentioned, it is a shame that you have chosen to write this review three months after you left the property and to complain, instead of raising these issues during your tenancy, so that we had a chance to deal with them appropriately. However, I hope writing this review and putting down our company in such a harsh way has gone some way to make you feel better.

GoogleWe just sold our house in Canterbury with Holly at Page & Co and were very impressed. Selling a house in England (compared with most other countries) is usually a nightmare, but Holly made sure everything ran smoothly. She was friendly, professional and, importantly, honest. Holly was always understanding and accommodating of our schedule. We use Page & Co to manage another property and they are also excellent at this. I highly recommend Page & Co and we will definitely go back to Holly in the future.

GoogleWe used Page & Co for our sale, from day one Holly, Laura, Sonal & Natalie were brilliant. They sold our home in under a week! We really cannot fault the team we had numerous updates weekly. If Holly was out on viewings one of the other ladies was always available to assist. We wouldn’t hesitate in using them again, the perks of page and co being a smaller family run business is that you get more of a personal but professional approach whereas other bigger agency you just feel like a number. We had tried another large agent before and had a bad experience so went to Page & Co - glad we did! Thanks for everything ladies!

We primarily dealt with Holly, who consistently went the extra mile and kept us updated and informed of progress (as well as chasing solicitors and helping to organise additional surveys whenever required). If Holly was ever unavailable, the other agents always had good knowledge of our purchase and were able to assist us. If you’re selling your house I highly recommend using them for many reasons, they are professional, proactive, and kind. They were prompt with their communication and feedback after viewings, and kept me regularly updated with how they were actively marketing and advertising the house. I did not have to call up and chase with Page and Co. The viewings that they did arrange were with serious buyers, and they secured us an offer within a month of being on the market with them. The regular contact, without prompting, built up my faith and trust in them, and they really made a stressful time a lot easier. I cannot fault their professionalism and kindness. I am so grateful we chose them, I did not feel like just another number on their client book, you feel they care too.

GooglePage & Co is the best agency my husband and I have worked with, the one who actually helped us to find an apartment to rent in these crazy times, when the demand far exceeds the supply. I would like to point out the excellent work of two agents there, Sonal and Laura. Sonal was very nice, friendly and helpful all along the way. I received confirmation messages every time before the viewings, she was always punctual and very understanding, really trying to help us. Laura took over when Sonal went on her annual leave and did everything she could to make sure we could move into the property as soon as possible, as we were renting an AirBnb and were keen to have a place of our own. The referencing process is amazingly swift and easy thanks to the modern automatic system Page & Co use, which made the whole process much shorter and less complicated than in other agencies. GoogleWe recently used Page & Co for the sale of our house and are so happy with the service we received. Holly was able to come and see us very quickly to go through the paperwork and get the house photos sorted, and the presentation of our house online with photos and the description was fantastic and highly professional. During the process Holly was in constant contact with regular updates, and we had a huge number of viewings almost immediately. We always received prompt feedback after any viewings, and Holly clearly was very good at showing viewers around our house. Any time that we needed to contact Holly or the team, we were always able to get hold of them and get an immediate response (even from Holly on her day off)! GoogleA truly exceptional service throughout the sale of my Dads bungalow following his passing. Holly, Laura and the team gave 100% I could not fault them. From the first meeting Holly showed sensitivity, enthusiasm and professionalism. We were kept up to date with progress throughout, no need to chase, in fact they chased solicitors and estate agents in the chain to get the property sold in a timely manor keeping everyone on their toes! Our house sold very quickly and we were kept updated throughout the sale. We found some agents in the area to be very pushy but this was absolutely not the case with Page and Co. GoogleNatalie made the sale of my late sister's house as stress-free as possible. As I didn't live in the house, some decisions had to be made at a distance. She was very helpful with this and always gave good advice. She kept me up to date with feedback from viewings and always answered my emails promptly. She went out of her way to organise clearance and a cleaner. Over all, I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Natalie and Page and Co.
