Never again will I get in contact with Miles and Barr, you’re given false information and get passed around on the phone to different people that don’t know what they are talking about. I had a viewing booked that I was specifically told could not accept an offer until ALL the viewings has taken place. I now receive a call with an offer being placed and nothing more they can do when being fed false information. Very unprofessional and unorganised people that do not know what they are talking about.

Disgraceful firm, no care for tenants, no repair work carried out. They will leave you in a damp mouldy house with leaking roofs without any care in the world. All this with 4 kids In the house. Avoid at all costs

GoogleWhitstable branch- very unprofessional agents with awful customer service! I made an appointment to view 2 houses, 5minutes before the appointment I called them to check on the house number, and they informed me that both appointments have been cancelled, and that they left me a message. That it is not true, I have not received any voicemail, neither any emails from them. Furthermore, Lucy, one of the sales agents, while talking to me on the phone has not apologised, all she did was just telling me that "it is fine", let's rebook it, which is a joke, I had to travel 30minutes to get to the appointment. Their staff have to get some customer service training to learn how to treat your clients!
