When the boiler failed just before exchange of contracts, they sourced a local plumber to resolve. Their progress chaser, Debbie, kept me fully informed (and sane!) throughout the process.

GoogleHad flat on market just kept trying to put price down to sell it quicker. When I wanted to stop my contract it took them two weeks after my contract had finished to send me confirmation that I had asked for.. They also called me Mr not Mrs in the letter. DisapointedNegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI am a tenant since last one year now and I could not get most things sorted with them timely as in-charge of the property management. Very frustrating to keep calling them for every task that was originally committed with landlord and still on the hold.They come review the property but no action is taken following this.

Worst experience so far as a tenant with a lettings agent. Rude, sarcastic employees. Communication is shocking, we seem to be doing their admin for the property which is taking a lot of time out of our actual jobs. If you are tenants, avoid miles and barr at all costs.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
