The worst estate agents I have ever come across. Be VERY careful if you intend to use a member of their solicitors panel they will charge you £150 to simply instruct a solicitor of their choice, the solicitors' charges will in no way be competitive and they will charge you and additional £60 to complete a money laundering ID check which will then not be recognised by their solicitors and therefore will be required to be carried out a second time...... BEWARE!!

Denise especially has worked absolute magic holding together a rather fraught and fragile chain. I have no doubt that if it wasn't for her determination to get us the result we wanted, the whole thing would have collapsed months ago, she did an absolutely amazing job and was wonderful at keeping us informed or even just picking up the phone when I needed someone to sound stuff off throughout the whole process.
