GoogleGeorgia was absolutely fantastic, we viewed a few properties with her and she was very knowledgeable. She couldn't have done more for us, any questions we had or recommendations we needed, she didn't hesitate to find the information and send it over to us as soon as possible. We are first time buyers and she really put us at ease when viewing properties!!!

Their processes are seamless and we were advised of each step in a timely manner. James and Georgia during the early stages and when things looked a bit iffy, Ellie pulled the rabbit out of the hat for us. Thank you all!

She’s obviously passionate about her job and you get the sense she really wants to make sure you get the right property for your needs. She’s totally honest, responds quickly and has done viewings for me at short notice. In fact I would go as far as to say she’s the nicest estate agent I’ve ever met!

At first, we felt so frustrated with Miles & Barr as they wouldn't let us view anything until we had accepted an offer on our place. However, once we were in a proceedable position, we were able to view a big selection of properties very quickly. When we were in a position to make an offer M&B responded very quickly and kept lines of communication open. We wanted to say thank you to Rhyss, Alfie and Fran from the Canterbury office for keeping our spirits up when we thought we'd never find the right place, and their patience. It felt like we went on a real journey and in the end, it was made more enjoyable because of the people we dealt with.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our buy to let. It’s been a difficult and long one for various reasons but the team at Canterbury M&B never gave up. The viewings were done professionally with regular updates and hard work in getting a steady flow of viewings. I was notified every time there was a viewing and I could look up on the link to see appointment times and feedback. Rhyss was exceptional in always answering my calls, or calling me back as soon as he could and always replied to emails. This was so important in maintaining my confidence when things didn't go as planned. I felt Rhyss was always there to answer queries or ease any anxieties right to the end in a clear professional, yet friendly manner. Thank you team.

GoogleWe viewed 4 properties on Saturday with the viewings being well organised. A very well informed representative called Shannon met us on time, and had all the property information prepared that we might need. She was well informed of the area and houses we were viewing and able to answer any questions we had. She was very respectful to the home owners and made what can be a bit of an uncomfortable situation of going into other peoples homes absolutely fine. Thank you Shannon.

My house was on the market for a long time before it was sold. Everyone at Miles & Barr were very supportive and did everything they could to help us get a sale. Scott was very helpful along with the rest of the team.The person who stood out the most was Debbie Mead the Sales Progressor. Debbie was amazing and worked tirelessly to get things sorted out for us. She was responsive and empathic towards our situation and was very knowledgeable about the whole selling process. She liaised with the solicitor and pushed them along when they were not completing things in a timely manner. Debbie made the whole process much easier for us and we trusted that she was always working to support us. Thank you Debbie.

GoogleI was shown around 2 properties by the lovely Mia Stephen’s . Mia was very knowledgeable about each property and gave us plenty of time to have a proper look around . Looking for a new home can be very daunting and Mia with her friendly , bubbly personality put us very much at ease . She explained everything in great detail and has kept me up to date on everything since the viewings . I have rented with Miles and Barr before and would highly recommend them . Nothing is too much bother and I have found all of the staff to be very approachable and helpful .
