GoogleSpoke to someone on the phone to try and book in a viewing on a property - the guy wouldn't even let me go and view the property because I wasn't sure on my move out dates. I asked if I could just see it before I firmed anything up and he said no - which I think is just him being lazy. Really rude and just poor service.

Unfortunately, there was a two-month difference between the property's available move-in date and the move date you were able to provide. As the landlord required a tenant who could move within the property's availability, we were unable to arrange a viewing knowing the dates were not compatible.
We understand this may have been frustrating, however, this decision was based solely on the significant difference in move-in dates and not a reluctance to assist. We also offered to register your details and help you find alternative properties that would better match your expected moving timeframe.

I couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent - Whilst selling a property, I was taken for a fool by a "lesser" estate agent - a quick phone call to Matt Bates @ Winkworths, and he proved to me that not all estate agents are worth the bad rap they get. They offer fair pricing and an outstanding service - they will listen to you as the client and work with you to get the job done.
Matt went above and beyond to sell our house for us, he and his team are all highly professional agents that understand the local market, know how to communicate effectively and efficiently with both vendors and purchasers, can deal with anything that comes up + they are all genuinely nice people!
If your looking for an estate agent, I cannot recommend them enough - Give them a call - they are simply the best by a huge margin.

I predominantly dealt with Morgan at Mann estate agents whilst searching for a property. I cannot praise her highly enough. Out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years (there have been many) she is by far and away one of the most thoughtful and thorough. She went over and above to find properties that suited our needs or that could be turned into what we required. Although we didnt buy a house through Mann Countrywide, Morgan has been on hand to support us through buying a house via modern auction and to act as a sounding board for an impartial opinion on the process.
Morgan is always very knowledgeable about the property she is showing and will follow up on anything she doesn't know the answer to. She is engaging, friendly and enthusiastic about her work. Many estate agents I have dealt with have zero interest in you as customers or they try and give you the hard sell and bully you into making offers. They could all learn a lot about customer service and going the extra mile from Morgan. She is a platinum level asset to the company.
