I would really recommend if you are looking for a serious, not pushy and family run business estate agent. I am not looking to move in a while, but I would definitely sell with Goodwin Curtis.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Godwin Curtis more! For someone who moved house 9 times in past 17 years, I had my fair share of unpleasant experience. With Godwin Curtis, I found the most reliable and helpful letting agency I've ever dealt with. I've rented two houses through their agency and the service they provided was exceptional. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and always willing to help. Stuart deserves a special mention. :) I've now bought my first house with their help and the process was incredibly smooth. Jason's knowledge of the local market and expert guidance were invaluable. His patience to answer my myriad of questions as a first-time buyer was exceptional. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and very grateful that he's willing to help even after I moved in. GoogleRented a 2 bedroom flat through godwin curtis. Rachel was exceptionally helpful. She had arranged viewing for 2 houses and I was not ble to secure either of them. But due to her efforts I managed to get an even better house in the third time. Extremely happy with the agency and would recommend to others as well.

GoogleExcellent service delivered by Jason and Jordan from Godwin Curtis. Jason managed to find a viewing for my flat within hours of signing and I had a buyer within three weeks. The team at Godwin Curtis aptly guided everyone in the chain through the process, soothing concerns and moving things along. Moving home and buying property is inherently high stress however Jason and Jordan countered that stress with knowledge, competency, empathy and professionalism.

GoogleWe used Godwin Curtis as the estate agents to sell our house in Canterbury and they were incredibly supportive and friendly, providing a professional service throughout. We chose to go with Godwin Curtis because we wanted all of the benefits of a local estate agent with experience of the market. We found they were competitively priced, and well worth every penny. Their sales tactics demonstrated in depth knowledge of the current market and clearly demonstrated years of experience in the industry. Throughout our sale they were supportive, easy to contact and the whole team worked incredibly hard to get us a buyer. As we were also buying a house, we viewed many properties with other estate agents (as well as others on the market with Godwin Curtis) and I can honestly say Godwin Curtis were in a league of their own for viewings. They knew the properties well which wasnt always the case with other estate agents. We often heard the phrase "this isnt my usual house to show so I dont know the answer" when viewing with other agents. This was never the case with Godwin Curtis who were knowledgeable but allowed you space to view. This gave us confidence that they were showing our own house in the best light. If we had a query or needed to get in touch, even if our key contact was unavailable, everyone else in the team knew our situation and would be available to discuss. If we do ever move again, I'll happily use Godwin Curtis as our estate agents.

Every member of the team seemed to go way beyond normal service and Jordan in particular spent hours of her time and made an exceptional effort to navigate the bumps and challenges thrown up by all parties. She made a real difference and is just a good egg to boot. 10/10 from me. Brilliant experience.

GoogleWe tried to buy a house with their help.What I like it that they really 'catch' you and answer your calls ,emails,try to sort out problems as quick as possible from head manager to sale's assistant.Very easy and comfy communication with Jason and David! Sellers, please think twice before go to big agencies , which don't care about clients much.My husband and me had a great experience dealing with different agencies for 2,5 years.It was a nightmare! I was curious why sellers don't check in advance whom to choose,at least give a call knowing that communication is key! So, I recommend this Agency to my friends and colleagues.

GoogleGodwin Curtis have been great with the sale of my property. It sold prior to marketing, at asking price. Extremely knowledgeable about the market, professional and straight talking. No pushy sales pitches. They sell houses, they're good at it, and they focus on what they're good at. Their staff really helped smooth through any issues with the sale, and worked as a proactive go-between for the vendors and buyers. Would highly recommend.

GoogleSince I was going to study abroad in the UK from Korea, I had to look for a house online (Zoopla) or through a local Korean broker, but the cost was too expensive when I went through a Korean agent. So I just looked for a house online, contacted godwin curtis and found a house through real estate agents here, Rachel and Louise. It might have been frustrating for me to send an email in poor English, but they responded very kindly and got the job done very quickly. Thanks to this, I was able to easily find a good house in Korea in advance and move in as soon as I came to the UK. Thank you so much.

GoogleI had an absolutely terrible experience with Godwin Curtis Estate Agency, specifically with their agent Rachael. I had agreed to view a property and went out of my way to travel from London. However, when I was halfway there, Rachael called me to cancel the viewing, claiming that the landlord had chosen someone else. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and consideration shown by Rachael and the agency is unacceptable. Cancelling a viewing without providing sufficient notice is disrespectful to clients who invest time and resources to attend these appointments. It also demonstrates a severe lack of organization and communication skills. What's worse is that Rachael failed to inform me beforehand about any potential issues or alternative arrangements. This lack of transparency is disconcerting and raises questions about the agency's integrity and professionalism. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Godwin Curtis Estate Agency. Their unprofessional conduct and disregard for clients' time and convenience are not qualities one should expect from a reputable agency. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and considerate agency to work with. I hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that other clients do not have to go through such a disappointing and inconvenient experience.
