YellNo respect for customers, completely unprofessional and will waste your time
I called to schedule a viewing and they booked me in the same day with David. I was able to pencil out 2 hours from work last minute. It’s a 40 mins drive from where I live and I shared this detail with David in advance. I arrived and I was buzzing the property and standing outside for 10 mins waiting. I called the agency who confirmed I had the wrong address but also David was not at the property to meet me. No explanation given only that he would call me at the end of the day to reschedule. He did not call me back, not even to apologise for the unprofessionalism or complete disregard and disrespect for my time. Very disappointing and not how business should be done. I can see an offer was now made on the property but this is not how you handle clients. I understand this is a busy time for the rental market but this is also an extremely busy time for your clients at their own jobs too. Terrible service - Would NOT recommend at all.

GoogleI have an excellent experience of renting a 4-bed house with Goodwin Curtis. Very responsive and supportive people work here. I had to leave that property and recently got an experience with another agency, and I have something to compare with. If I had a second chance of renting with Goodwin Curtis I would choose them, no doubts.

GoogleThey were professional but at the same time friendly and very helpful. They worked hard and kept us updated regularly. Everyone that I spoke to were really nice and took time to listen. David and Jane were always there for us and made us feel less stressed. I would definitely recommend Goodwin and Curtis.

GoogleI instructed Godwin Curtis after an unsuccessful period with a high-street Canterbury agency. Jason, Jordan & the team at GC took a completely different, grown-up approach to pricing, marketing and - most importantly - connecting buyers who were genuinely interested in the property and were in a position to proceed. A buyer was found within a month of going back onto the market (for context, this is less than half the average period of other Canterbury agents) and the ongoing process then managed brilliantly. GC also DON'T try to bolt on additional services such as conveyancing, mortgage brokerage, etc, so you are dealing with a team focussed on the core task: selling your house. Very, very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Godwin Curtis. They say house moving is one of the most stressful things you can do! But I am so pleased I chose to work with this business. I dealt mostly with Jordan, and from my first tentative enquiry phone call right through to move day, she was friendly, professional and reassuring. Having had contact with many other agents while looking for my next property I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she stands out from the crowd! Our house move was super complicated with land issues, probate issues, the chain breaking twice - once just two days before exchange, deadlines and leaks but the team did everything they could to support us and kept the faith the whole time. They were always super professional and understanding of our needs and concerns. Our questions were always answered and nothing was too much trouble - we put many questions and problems to them daily! We will definitely be recommending you to family and friends. GoogleI couldn't recommend Godwin Curtis more! For someone who moved house 9 times in past 17 years, I had my fair share of unpleasant experience. With Godwin Curtis, I found the most reliable and helpful letting agency I've ever dealt with. I've rented two houses through their agency and the service they provided was exceptional. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and always willing to help. Stuart deserves a special mention. :) I've now bought my first house with their help and the process was incredibly smooth. Jason's knowledge of the local market and expert guidance were invaluable. His patience to answer my myriad of questions as a first-time buyer was exceptional. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and very grateful that he's willing to help even after I moved in. GoogleRented a 2 bedroom flat through godwin curtis. Rachel was exceptionally helpful. She had arranged viewing for 2 houses and I was not ble to secure either of them. But due to her efforts I managed to get an even better house in the third time. Extremely happy with the agency and would recommend to others as well.

GoogleExcellent service delivered by Jason and Jordan from Godwin Curtis. Jason managed to find a viewing for my flat within hours of signing and I had a buyer within three weeks. The team at Godwin Curtis aptly guided everyone in the chain through the process, soothing concerns and moving things along. Moving home and buying property is inherently high stress however Jason and Jordan countered that stress with knowledge, competency, empathy and professionalism.

GoogleWe used Godwin Curtis as the estate agents to sell our house in Canterbury and they were incredibly supportive and friendly, providing a professional service throughout. We chose to go with Godwin Curtis because we wanted all of the benefits of a local estate agent with experience of the market. We found they were competitively priced, and well worth every penny. Their sales tactics demonstrated in depth knowledge of the current market and clearly demonstrated years of experience in the industry. Throughout our sale they were supportive, easy to contact and the whole team worked incredibly hard to get us a buyer. As we were also buying a house, we viewed many properties with other estate agents (as well as others on the market with Godwin Curtis) and I can honestly say Godwin Curtis were in a league of their own for viewings. They knew the properties well which wasnt always the case with other estate agents. We often heard the phrase "this isnt my usual house to show so I dont know the answer" when viewing with other agents. This was never the case with Godwin Curtis who were knowledgeable but allowed you space to view. This gave us confidence that they were showing our own house in the best light. If we had a query or needed to get in touch, even if our key contact was unavailable, everyone else in the team knew our situation and would be available to discuss. If we do ever move again, I'll happily use Godwin Curtis as our estate agents.
