We highly recommend Godwin Curtis. They have just sold two properties for us. Firstly my late fathers house in March from valuation to completion Jordan and David were kind, respectful and kept us informed during the sale on everything that was happening and really helped us making a very difficult journey more bearable as it was our family home for over 60 years so it was very emotional. Jordan found the perfect buyers. Jordan also sold our home last week and again from start to finish we were helped along the way, nothing was too much trouble and we could contact her anytime. We feel like old friends now Jordan was professional and efficient and so approachable that we didn't mind asking even the most trivial question. What could have been a very stressful time was made easier knowing Jordan was always there! Thank you Jordan, David and Godwin Curtis you've been brilliant and we highly recommend you!

My overall experience with Godwin Curtis Estate Agency has been nothing short of highly disappointing. Can’t recommend them highly enough. We met with a few agents before listing our house and decided to go with Godwin Curtis in the end. David was professional and clearly knows his industry very well. Upon their instruction they went to work and somehow managed to find our buyer within 48 hours of going live at the full asking price (which was the same price that 3 other agents also recommended). Although I’m very aware that they found our buyer extremely quickly, I’m confident that they would have succeeded in a satisfactory timescale if they hadn’t. Jordan was also exceptional. She kept me up to speed at all stages and was on top of it all throughout. Many thanks to David and his team! You made this potentially stressful time much easier than we anticipated and did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. We used Godwin Curtis in September 2023 to sell a retirement flat in Canterbury which we had been trying to sell for at least 18mths with other agents. They are very difficult to sell due to a restricted demographic. Fortunately a buyer came along and we completed on 19th December 2023.
