GoogleThe student letting team at Caxtons canterbury were really helpful in assisting with the tenancy for a shared student house. Our time scales were short and they did their best to accommodate us by quickly turning around paperwork and keeping us regularly informed. I would recommend the team to other students looking for accommodation.

GoogleCaxtons, and Ian Bingham in particular, provided an absolutely excellent service when acting as agents and advisors in the sale of a church in Deal, Kent. They were truly professional, gave great advise in a complex sale process involving two separate parties and realised the value that fully met the requirements. Absolutely recommend them. Thank you.

GoogleHave no idea how to properly cater to the needs of students in canterbury. Havent even moved in and I absolutely regret agreeing to rent a house with them, the worst customer service i have ever received as a student. Absolute Incompetence!

GoogleThey are CROOKS. I think that someone has to report them to the police. Really big liars and fully unprofessional. They will do whatever they can to steal your money (deposit, etc) especially if you are a student.
