GoogleAbsolutely brilliant, Rebecca helped us with a difficult property purchase. Her communication was amazing throughout, but especially when things started to go wrong. Everything got sorted at the last moment, I'm not sure that would have happened if she wasn't pushing through the purchase. Would highly recommend.

GoogleVery reactive, apart from the initial contact there was very little personal service and the vendor and ourselves (the purchasers) ended up doing lots of Miles and Barrs' work for them e.g. chasing solicitors, setting dates, informing each other of progress etc. Before the end of the process I had the feeling that they've made their money and couldn't be bothered to make an effort. I'd definitely recommend using another estate agent in Canterbury.

GoogleSurprised they can be call an estate agents. Neglecting purchasing customer's is there first rule, with a passion to give customers the run around. Management refuses to deal with any problem with customers, From head office to local branch. Poor service 1 year dealing with them ..that's my experiance. Such a shame to have to write this, but be prepared if dealing with them.

Poor communication skills, assign you a person to correspond with, you here nothing. Normal reply on phone we will message them they will get back to you ! Guess what nobody gets back to you. If they recommend a solicitor to you ! You will find them more expensive and quite useless slow slow in every way
