Shannon and the property sales team went the extra mile and beyond what the norm is, they came dropping off the keys with a welcome bag. The courtesy and little things matter! Miles and Barr were an efficient company for the purchase of my property. I was a bit disappointed to have to pay for my identity checks and not have any option but to do that, other services I used just swallowed that cost themselves.I was assigned a wonderful Sales Advisor, Shelley Webster, who updated me regularly on the process, answered any questions needed and called me to discuss any of my worries which was so reassuring. She was so supportive and made the process so much easier. She is a real asset to the company and made everything much less stressful!

We sold our house through Miles & Barr, Ramsgate. Initial impressions were great at the valuation. Once the property was listed I did feel I had to correct a lot of details in the description & push for changes to photo order and wording to help generate some interest, as everything had gone quiet. Happily we did get an acceptable offer and after that we were kept updated by the Senior Sales Progressor, Becky White, who I thought was fantastic, especially in the last push to get everyone in the chain ready for exchange - not sure we could have done it so quickly without her! Thanks!

**thank you for the call Luke, lets hope this buyer completes as promised** So far so bad. Provided a string of unproceedable potential buyers with low offers, insisting they were genuine (but obviously not having checked) and promptly ceasing marketing. The true position of each potential buyer seemed to be easily found by other agents when trying to buy. Each offer took at least 2 months to come to nothing. As an agent they may have been good once but now they have more work than they can handle, their service is no longer delivered with reasonable care and skill. If the latest potential buyer turns out to be not as presented again we will be making a formal complaint to trading standards.

Sales Progressors an Essential Extra Layer

Miles and Barr explained my options very clearly, they had good rationale for the valuation that was made and advised me on how to progress the marketing. Their approach worked well, I don't feel I lost touch with them at any time. The member of staff who liaised between the conveyancers, the buyers and me, once an offer was accepted, was absolutely exceptional in pushing the sale forward and I'm not sure how long it might have taken without her.
