GoogleViewed a property this past weekend. Brooke H dealt with my initial enquiry within minutes of me emailing it, she contacted me, the vendor and then both of us to confirm the appointment. She attended the viewing in person, armed with the brochure and the key facts about the property. All of us on the viewing felt that she offered exceptional customer service to all involved parties. The particular property was not the right fit for us but in the post viewing discussion she also dealt with this very professionally, listened to feedback with interest and asked if we would like to be kept informed of other potential properties - she didn't just assume that she could do so. Very happy to deal with her any time and wish all agents were as organised and professional.

GoogleWe would recommend Miles and Barr as an agent to sell your house. They explained the process well and we also feel the excellent photography of our property helped it to stand out. We were also enabled to include a personal comment in the advert which was important to us. After an initial slow start Miles and Barr worked with us to get viewings happening and the property ultimately sold after a few months. The completion of the sale process was complicated by the purchaser. However, Rebecca and her colleagues advocated for us. To ensure that even when other options had failed, communications and negotiations where made and our move still happened. We knew house buying and selling was not straightforward, and are grateful to Rebecca and the Miles and Barr team for seeing it through to completion.

GoogleService provided was OK. Responses were provided quickly. First sale coordinator was not supportive and not proactive. New one was far more helpful.

I would thoroughly recommend Zoe Bartlett. She was thoroughly professional and made us feel at ease during the visit with her friendly manner. She was able to answer all our questions about the property and surrounding area. We left feeling that we were well received, we had all the information we needed and what we needed to do to go forward from there.

What a miserable experience the last few months have been. Issues ignored or I am told to try to manage it on my own. I feel so unsupported. Speculating that landlords love them because they never share the issues with them... I don't know how they manage to get the houses when they manage them so poorly.

The service we recieved from Miles & Barr during a very busy time for lettings was top-tier. Kerrie was quick to put our application forward to the landlord and communicated excellently. Jessica (who showed us around the property) was friendly and knowledgable about the area and the property itself. We look forward to proceeding and becoming a tenant with them.
