Adrian did a fantastic job in selling my property. He explained the process thoroughly and what was expected and went above and beyond to answer any queries or questions, along with Mia who was a little star and kept me posted regularly with any updates. I also dealt with Natalie on several occasions who was able to answer any queries or questions and get back to me swiftly. Very poor management of my property. Left humidity settle, lost keys to property while it was vacant and were unable to provide with code for the box when new management company took over, resulting in extra cost that John Sheperd has yet to reimburse after 6 months and multiple emails on the matter. Very unprofessional.
