I find working with John Shepherd Estate Agents mainly seamless. In particular I find dealing with Christina Williams very reassuring and comforting. She always responds to my queries promptly and professionally. Her service is so reassuring. Thank you Christina, a 5 star rating for you. JS keeps me informed of the things that need to be attended to. They found me tenants in no time. I would have given them a 5 star rating had it not been of the fact that sometimes they use very expensive contractors to do mandatory jobs which costs me more money than I need to fork out.

Awful company (Nottingham) when they were Tassi lettings, might be even more useless now as John Sheperd. Was told before getting a student house to be wary of this company as apparently it’s common procedure from them to take most of your deposit and provide the worst customer service you’ve ever seen. Takes 10 calls to try and sort something out, when staff say they will call back by the end of the working day, it is proven that it is just a lie (found out by the 10th time I waited for a call back).

The preparation of the marketing brochure, photos, a walk through commentary and video with drone footage presented the property to full advantage. Natasha did a very professional job of accompanying viewings and answering many potential purchasers questions.Harry in particular was a key player in managing the chain in a very calm and professional way. He reported progress with the other parties involved,with significant advice, on a regular basis. This was against a tight timetable. GoogleThey're helpful until they get their money, then it's all solo from there! Too many cooks too, the Goodlord service is pointless! And I can't contact lily.johnson as it just comes back as a failure

For 9 days, Simon, who was responsible for my case, told me that he could not reach the landlord. In the end, he said that the landlord refused me simply because I had just graduated from university. During this period, I had to stay in an Airbnb for 9 days, yet I did not receive any apology from either him or the company. I believe they are not doing their job properly and do not care about their clients.
