We have just completed on our first house (first time buyers) with bairstow eves. We mostly spoke to Jack and Kerry and honestly couldn't be happier with the service we recieved. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions or queries we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently (often within the hour!). After my partner and I having many problems with other estate agents in the past as tenants, I must say we were pleasantly surprised with the phenomenal service we recieved from everyone at bairstow eves, especially Jack and Kerry. After a long, hard road to homeownership we are off to a great start in our forever home. Thanks to Jack and the team!

We have recently sold with Bairstow Eves and the experience has been totally professional from start to finish. We had very strict time restraints as we had purchased a property abroad and furthermore had a tremendously emotional time during exchange with the sad loss of a parent! Kerry stepped in and ensured our sale process was updated and those involved in the chain were aware and most of all compliant with the process of exchange and completion. She really went that extra mile for us, during such a difficult time, that we cannot thank her enough for her diligence - exceptional!!! Just had a great experience with Bairstow Eves - moving between countries isn't easy, but they took away all my worries about finding somewhere to live in the UK as I leave Holland. Of course their administration is online and electronic, but I found a 'human' touch is still strong with them, and - unlike some Agents I could mention, they ACTUALLY pick up the phone. To me that's very important in any interaction - if you're willing to talk, you're willing to work, and that says a lot these days. All in all it took just 2 weeks from enquiry to confirmation, and they've been in touch with me every step of the way. Well done you guys, professionalism displayed! Rgds Dean

Debbie was truly lovely and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful brand new town centre flat, and that even though we only had one day to look at places. First time i have used this agent, have to say that the service and level of detail that I have received from Kerry at Cannock Branch was excellent. House sales can be a laborious task and at times I got frustrated due to the purchasing party. Kerry helped me from getting too frustrated and closed the deal on my behalf.
