Simon Batterby is the best mortgage advisor you could ever ask for . He has the patience of a saint and goes through everything if you don’t understand it. He even looked at and sent over details of houses that he knew I would like when houses failed to go through for different reasons. His customer service is the best I ever had and I would only ever go with Simon if I need mortgage advice. Kerry also goes above and beyond for you. No task is too much and she genuinely cares about her clients.
