I had my mortgage arranged through Simon and I can't recommend him highly enough. Being single and self-employed I didn't think that I would be able to find a suitable mortgage, but Simon offered loads of advice and came up with a solution that was perfect for me. The whole process was made easy and he kept me up to date throughout it which made it far less stressful than it could have been. When there were a couple of hitches he jumped straight onto them for me and resolved them far quicker than I had expected. He is thoroughly professional, very friendly, and knows his job inside out and back to front. If you need mortgage advice then Simon is definitely your man!

Outstanding service doesn't come close. From point of instruction through to completion. These guys are awesome, not only going above and beyond their duty but in their care and dedication. Contacted bairstow eves for an evaluation, to help make with the decision of whether to sell house. Kerry was lovely, professional but like a friend, no hard sell, didnt feel obligated. Jack came to see our home, he was complimentary, knowledgable, and friendly, he was covid safe, we chatted about much more than the house, and was a really pleasant person to meet. In the end i have decided to stay put for a while, i really got the feeling Jack and kerry wanted what was best for us, rather than pushing their services. Kerry called me a couple weeks later and was so kind when i explained i was staying put, we had a good chat and a giggle. Can't thank Bairstow Eves Cannock Branch enough for the help and support they provided me and my husband to sell our property. We nearly decided not to sell but Kerry listened and gave us time and good advice where as other agents didn't seen interested. Jack came out to see us and value our home, he was very professional but not pushy (which was nice) and made everything seamless and straight forward. He was easy to talk to and made the process feel less daunting (especially during Covid times)We were happy with the valuation and decided to try the market. The professional photos/videos were fab and showed our home off at its best. Emma, Kerry and Kate kept us on track with arranging all the viewings as we had more interest than we ever expected. Emma did a grand job with sorting out all the offers and supported us to make the right decision. Jack recommended mortgage adviser and Countrywide lawyers and so we decided to use both to sort our mortgage/legal stuff. Cannot recommend Bairstow Eves Cannock enough. I have had an excellent experience in selling my house. I had a number of Agents value my house, however, Jack stood out from the outset - he was able to answer every question I had, reassured me and most importantly, spoke about the wider team at his office and how they will all work with me to sell my house. That is exactly what happened, Kerry & Emma are brilliant, all round excellent service!!! I had a buyer pull out and within 48 hours they secured another offer of full asking price by working really hard. Other Agents may offer “cheaper” fees, I believe you get what you pay for and Bairstow Eves Cannock are most definitely value for money. Highly recommend!!!PositiveQuality

Have delayed in writing my review not because of the service but because I moved a few days before the lockdown and actually wanted my review to be relevant to those looking to sell/buy through Bairstow Eves. I can not thank the team at Cannock enough for not only their professionalism when it came to selling my house but also the commitment they showed. My house was in a difficult bracket (£375,000), however I had my first viewer before the pictures had even gone on the internet and my house was brought by my fourth viewer. Jack and Emma arranged all the appointments and completed the viewings and kept me informed on how each viewing went and the feedback. My property ended up being sold in under three months and I moved out under six months from the date of going on to the market. Jack was a super star working very hard in the background to keep everything going chasing other agencies who were holding things up and having the patience of a saint when my buyer started to become difficult.
