Bairstow Eves at Cannock have made our move smooth and have always been at the end of the phone or email when we have needed them. In particular Kerry, Brandon and Jas have been available at all times of the day and have guided us through our move. Honestly, out of the 3 estate agent quotes we had they came in as the middle quote for fees. The reason we chose them was down to professionalism, organisation and for their personalities! Our advertisement on Rightmove was fabulous...We LOVED Brandon's the description as it was unique and innovative ! When moving house its fair to say you go a little crazy as you cant see what people are doing to move things along however, I can say Kerry and Jas ensured we knew what was going on and often included in email trails to quell our anxieties. I definitely recommend this branch in particular. Thank you to the whole team !

Me & my partner Lewis can’t thank Simon enough!! For all that he has done for us. Having me and my mood swings while sorting out this mortgage that has been so stressful (not down to Simon) just like any other mortgage in this day and age for anyone else would be! But we have finally done it, without Simon i don’t know what position we’d be in. But he has worked all round the clocks to get us where we are today! He has been so helpful we would definitely recommend him to anyone that is trying to sort out a mortgage! Nothing is to much for Simon either and he gets back to you within a reasonable time! Fantastic estate agents, really helpful when selling my property. Simon, especially, was just amazing and has done so much for me to ensure that I was ready and prepared to move into my new property with insurance and a mortgage rate that were the right for me personally. Jaz Kerry and the team have been superb from the time of us agreeing to use Bairstow Eves to sell our property. They have kept us informed throughout the process and have gone above and beyond in helping us to solve any issues. What has stood out is the personal touch and the knowledge they had about our sale. Never did we feel we were too much trouble and where we did have problems they showed empathy to our position and supported us in getting to a resolution. Firstly we would just love to thank Simon the mortgage advisor, without him a mortgage would’ve been impossible, he has been through the whole of the ups and downs with us and he’s took all the stress, off us and off others he really did look after us! Appointments were always great, it was always lovely to have a laugh as well as be serious regarding the mortgage side of things. Apprehensive at first we are so so glad we chose Simon to help us, well worth it if you want the best mortgage deal! Now we’d love to thank the rental department, Billy, Harry and Georgia. We was in our rental 4 years before coming out of it they have been great for the whole time. They have supported us with the process of coming out of the rental to get someone in as quickly as possible, Billy especially has been a huge help to us and has kept us updated with everything we’ve needed to know/do etc. thank you all so much for being so professional and friendly, would highly recommend Bairstow Eves Cannock!

Brandon, Jas and Kerry have been absolute stars with the valuation, viewings and sale of my house, right through to completion. I was kept informed throughout each process and never left in the dark. They made sure the price was right and that the right buyer walked through the door, there was no wasting time. Simon was fantastic in regards my mortgage application although I decided against in the end, I'd 100% recommend him for financial advice. I was struggling to find somewhere to rent ASAP due to having 2 cats and a dog, but Billy found me somewhere and the process again was easy right from viewing to acceptance. What is a stressful time selling a house and moving, was made simple and as stress free as possible with Bairstow Cannock, I can't thank everyone enough for everything they've done.
