Glen Ricketts runs a very successful team and has always delivered a good quality service. Beckie Gait has been there for a while and is a real credit to the team. She is professional, responsive and always deals with any request promptly and efficiently. More recently, we dealt with Matt Stockham who has joined the team few months ago. He has been exceptionally professional and helpful in letting our property and keeping us up to date with the process. GoogleDarren and Sam were amazing throughout us buying our first home. They were always professional and friendly and responded to all of our messages promptly. Only gripe with Palmer Snell is that I heard from friends they received a welcome basket from the estate agents when they bought their first home and me and my gf we're excited for the secret goodies. Unfortunately Palmer Snell doesn't practice this so was a little bit of a let down. GoogleWhen Darren Gough did a valuation for us, my toddler was being a bit of a handful. Darren was so patient & accommodating with him, happily moving from one room to another depending on where my little one went next. The way he approached this made the appointment much less stressful - I can’t imagine many estate agents would sit on the floor playing duplo during a valuation! Thanks so much!

TrustpilotAbsolute joke
We tried to book in to view a property 4 times over the past few weeks. They 'pencilled it in' only to discover they never actually did, it was just to get you off the phone. We have since been told this property is off the market, but yet it is still on their website, rightmove and zoopla. I do not think the Bournemouth branch especially Gavin and Shahob are interested in selling properties.

GooglePalmer Snell, Canford Heath have been fantastic. I can’t put into words how efficient and professional their service has been. I contact the office to arrange a valuation with the intention of selling my property. Marc Rodda valued my property and has made the whole process extremely easy throughout. He has answers every question and has been quick to reply to me when I have called. Marc sold my property within 2 days of my property being listed ... don’t waste your time on the online estate agents, Marc Rodda and the team at Palmer Snell Canford Heath are worth every penny. Everything is answered that day, all communication has been quick and they genuinely care about their clients !! Thank you to Marc and the team !!
