TrustpilotFriendly and Professional letting agency
Overall Martyn Gerrard during the process provided a very friendly and professional service throughout. The agent called Fatmir was the main agent I have dealt with. He was very helpful and helped the process to be as smooth as possible. Any questions I had were dealt with efficiently.

TrustpilotSophie at MG is the best
We had been searching for a place to live for a while and had met many agents from different agencies. When we met with Sophie she came across as very knowledgeable about the properties she was showing us around she was thorough and very helpful. She got to know us as a family and understood what we were after. It has been a pleasure meeting you Sophie thank you for all your help!

TrustpilotUmit does the company proud
Selling a home is not a fun experience but Umit at Martyn Gerrard did a really great job. They’re not the cheapest agents but they were highly recommended to me and true to that commendation I found Umit to be fully committed to the sale, even though it was a small property that might not net them so much commission. Thoroughly recommend!

TrustpilotA complete disaster of a property management service
A complete disaster of a property management service. Long running issues where they have allowed the contractor to charge 4 separate call-out charges only to conclude that it’s a different problem altogether. No verification of problem with tenants or site visits. Escalations to management routinely ignored. Either a shoddy contractor, shoddy management or both. Or worse, collusion with contractor to maximise call out charges. No longer happy to pay a premium price for a sub standard service. AVOID if you are a landlord.

TrustpilotGood communication
We recently bought a property though Martyn Gerrard and are delighted with the property and the efficient service that they provided. Communication was excellent and the purchase proceeded smoothly. We also bought our first home with them 10 years ago and we were equally happy. Thank you Arzu and Craig.

TrustpilotBest and most helpful letting agent in the area
My review is for Daniel H, just wanted to say a big thank you for organising the flat for my daughter so well. We have dealt with many letting agents over the last few weeks and have to say you were hands down the best in the area ! Plus you don't lie like others.... truly genuine people. So big thanks for me :)

TrustpilotYou guys rock
You guys rock. From the most friendly and welcoming viewing back Shuhan and a very good follow up to check in. Then whoaaa over to Jatin to progress the purchase. If I was to describe Jatin in a word it’s ‘tenacious’. He was on the case more than me (and I’m an on the case person). His communication and guidance is endless. Giving advice on what I need to do and he chases - everybody. A ten out of ten for ‘getting the job done’ Jatin.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town Sales hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Camden.
