I was very happy with my experience in letting my property with Martyn Gerrard. Sophie Wilkins was most helpful in organising a relatively quick exchange of contracts, which was slightly unusual due to my new tenant currently living abroad. She even arranged a zoom call for me with the new tenant so we could all ‘meet’ and sorted out one or two slightly complicated issues for us so both sides were happy.

I was left in a horrendous situation by another agency who botched things so badly that I was left without a home to move into on my scheduled moving day with no notice whatsoever. Daniel at Martyn Gerrard expertly jumped in to help and managed to pull off a small miracle and get me into the perfect place very quickly, where I am now very happy. He was professional, efficient, and really helped me out in a highly stressful situation. Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.

GoogleAnnie Clarke and Tyrell were brilliant and a great help during what was a really difficult and prolonged buying process. Loads of intricate issues kept cropping up and a few people kept trying to cause problems. Fortunately Martyn Gerrard remained positive and supportive throughout and the sale eventually went through. They went the extra mile when it mattered. That’s why I really do recommend them.

The whole team had been not only very respectful but also professional and very ethical. Specially Jatin and Scott I had the most interaction with. She sent me an email several weeks before I had to renew my contract, which was great as it gave me time to think and consider the new offer ... she then called me to go through some details, again giving me time to make my mind up ... and today I signed my new contract. What else could you ask for?

We’re lucky to have Wai Lee as our Block Manager. Since Mr Lee on board, we have seen improvement around our property from landscape clean-up to removal of previous block management’s name plate and flyers. Mr Lee takes time to visit property for an on-site inspection from the building itself to the details such as the utility room’s door lock in order to identify areas that need immediate attention. Mr Lee responds to feedbacks promptly; he then analyses the situation and takes necessary actions accordingly. Thank you Wai Lee for all your hard work.
