There was simply nothing to complain first they tried to sell and then we decided to rent out the flat, found a tenant in a very short time and so far rent was paid ;) Lots of things had to be done and they arranged everything for us. Good on emails and information.

Nora was absolutely excellent: very quick and approachable. The 5 star is for her.However, her predecessor was not helpful at all. We have a dispute with the landlord, who was unreasonably withholding the deposit. He did not want to explain the dispute resolution process to us, which was incredibly unhelpful.

Meilssa Polvan, an agent at Marsh and Parsons gave me good advice for saving money by saying to get my friend to move my stuff as opposed to hiring a removals company but she was expecting me to cover the void period of £250 for the landlord. Her justification for the latter is '£250 is not a lot of money'.Furthermore, Melissa Polvan was very pushy in getting me to sign the contract using manipulative means amongst other things were were distasteful.Stay well away from March and Parsons.

We would like to note that our tenants do not cover any costs outside of those stated in the contract, and refute your claim that you were asked to cover a void period unnecessarily. We pride ourselves on our customer service standards- if you had raised any concerns while renting the flat through us two years ago we would have been more than happy to address them.
