I worked with the Streatham branch of KFH who had sold my flat to me 36 years ago. They were superb, sold my flat for me, off market, in 4 days and the sale was complete in 8 weeks, I couldn’t ask for a smoother process. I worked with Caitlin who knew all the right buyers, kept in constant touch and offered me great advice, kept the process moving along, and worked closely with me till the sale was complete. KFH had my complete confidence throughout. I also recommended them to my neighbour who has now also sold her property. A brilliant outcome.

KFH approach to Landlords is a similar a\pproach that bad landlords have to tenantsHaving agreed a % a different amount was put on the portal for us to sign on two different occasions.One tenant vacated our property so the other tenant could share with his girlfriendThe tenant had been at the property for 3 years and KFH were collecting commission every 3 months, Despite having agreed to continue the arrangement in writing they took a years commission from the rental and have refused to return it quoting" this is our standard practice" Do not deal with them via their portal get everything emailed in a PDF file

We recently sold our flat in Raynes Park through KFH. They had been managing the rental of it very effectively for many years. Mohammed Bhatti in the Lettings Branch gave us really valuable assistance in completing the tenancy. Alex Singh, Pippa Warren-Evans, Robert Wareham and colleagues in the Sales Branch worked really hard to complete the sale within our deadline, guiding us through a complex process made more complicated due to our living in the US. They all went above and way beyond in putting the flat on the market, finding our buyers and helping us through the final stages of the sale just before Christmas. It's hard to express just how helpful, available and committed they all were in getting a sale for us. We strongly recommend the Raines Park office of KFH and the wonderful staff there without hesitation.

The team at KFH Chiswick were exceptional. Liam stood out for his warmth, authenticity, expertise and genuine passion for our property. His advice was clear and sensitively delivered. Craig handled the day to day viewings and delivered an agreed sale, above asking price, in under two weeks. The whole team were polite, extremely responsive, on top of the details and hustled on our behalf to get the deal done. All in, we went from offer acceptance to completion in 8 weeks, which was very fast. We had some issues with the solicitor acting on behalf of our buyer who created some additional stress due to a late funds transfer (the day of the move). Whilst this wasn't KFH's fault, it was a KFH recommended solicitor. Luck of the draw I guess. KFH handled the hurdles and stress this introduced admirably and in the end we exchanged and completed successfully on the same day. It was a white knuckle ride with everyone driving hard. I would question KFH on who they recommend if your buyer uses their referral service. Overall, this was a blip and I recommend KFH Chiswick without hesitation. A great service at a highly competitive price delivered by genuinely lovely people. My opinion of estate agents is forever transformed. Bravo.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We had a viewing BOOKED AND CONFIRMED for 6.25pm. We turned up at 6.20pm. Nobody was at the property. We rang and were told the viewings had finished for the day. On top of this, we were also told 'It's 6:32 you are late' without being asked when we arrived or any understanding. We were sent a video of the property and told if we liked it to offer by 8am the next morning. Absolutely shocking. We also emailed the estate agent about the viewing and asked what happened and never received a response. All they cared about was that other people had seen the property and they knew they would be getting an offer. No consideration for me and my partner adjusting work arrangements, travelling to the property, to then be stood up and not be given the chance to view. No follow up to us contacting them either. Very, very poor experience. Disappointed but not surprised by the sheer incompetence.

Katarina is a fantastic mortgage advisor. My situation is a little more complex as I'm self-employed and had only been doing this full time for 1 year. Katarina was very thorough and discussed all mortgage options with me, as well as my business goals, so we could find the mortgage best suited to me now and in the future. I spoke to a few mortgage advisors before Katarina and she was a stand-out. 12/10 recommend.

We had a great experience with KFH Highgate and especially Sawan, Sharon and Ravi who secured us mortgage on our first property. We worked mostly with Sawan Shah and he was really helpful and and responsive through all stages of our property search, and offers on multiple properties.He was very detailed and helpful in the initial stages, explaining us in great details all the requirements from mortgage lenders, what should we focus on to present ourselves as attractive borrowers, and what are strong and weak points of our financial situation. We sent out multiple offers on different properties, and Sawan was consistently very clear, responsive and proactive in communicating his availability and setting us up with multiple agreements in principle. At the end, it was no surprise to us when the purchase and mortgage went through without any problems or surprises, as we have already experienced very consistent and confident advise at all stages.Thank you once again Sawan, Sharon, Ravi and everyone else at KFH Highgate. We feel we couldn't be happier with the mortgage advisor experience, and we'd highly recommend anyone working with you.

An absolutely horrendous and scarring experience. I was clear and transparent about my particular situation throughout the entire process - with estate agent Christopher Waweru, yet was informed just one week before my move in date (after multiple calls were ignored/ dodged) that not only was I not moving in, but that they would keep my holding deposit. I was told my offer was 'dead in the water' and was offered no help at all. Shelley Matczak was particularly rude, I've never been spoken to like that from a professional in my life. Luckily I was able to file a complaint to a third party company and have since gotten my money back. Further proving that they had NO GROUNDS to keep my holding deposit.

Unethical practices We have been with KFH East Dulwich for years as landlords and they have generally done a reasonable, bare bones job but we don’t ask for much so have never had reason to complain or praise. Until recently, they suddenly started charging us for rent and legal protection insurance at £45/month. At first I thought this was a mistake and so thought once raised it they would simply remove/ reimburse. Instead, they claim they sent us an email and as we didn’t respond it was deemed we opted in. Both me and my husband have looked through our emails to no avail. Regardless how is this even ethical or legal! Not only do they refuse to remove charge, they are telling me I’ve unknowingly locked myself in for 12 month! I have never heard of insurance you couldn’t cancel? Mind you the lease on our current tenants finishes in 8 months? I’ve researched such insurance and other agents are charging £25/month! I don’t know how to describe what they are doing other than a scam. Really shameful practice given the number of years we’ve been with them. As soon as I can I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

GoogleI received an unusual email from KFH that grabbed my attention... The information was different from the usual bog standard estate agent emails and appeared to be tailored to me as a landlord. The details it contained about the rental market, where I own property, provided me with some very valuable insights which I could see would help my decision making. The email ended with Kind Regards, James Boal. I hit reply and shared my thoughts with James. A conversation began and I am happy to say that the past 18 months has been a joy. Professional, great communication, customer centric and a quality tenant sourced at an excellent rental price. I am very happy. I can only highly recommend James and his team at KFH.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with KFH on multiple fronts, as I bought my flat with them (sales) and later on let it with them as property managers (PM). They were super helpful and reachable in both cases and I really enjoyed working with them. PM: James Boal is a very knowledgeable person who cares about his clients. Sales: David Moreton knows the market inside out and is able to provide accurate valuations. I strongly advise using them for your search, sale and management.

James has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process: from finding the best possible rates, reliable and amazing tenants, renewing the contracts and re-negotiate new reates etc. As a landlord, I feel completely reassure that James is looking after my properties to the highest standards. Sawan Shah is an absolute legend and we cannot recommend his professionalism and approachability highly enough. My partner is self employed and he understood from the get go what was required to ensure our 'story' was told with the respect it deserves. Sharon Seale's clear and transparent communication helped us understand each step of the process and what was required from our end. Moreover, Ravi Chauhan hosted two extremely helpful calls to ensure our mortgage protection was processed with ease, his communication was also excellent throughout.

TrustpilotA good estate agent was essential when selling an inherited rented property
I sold an inherited rented property recently on behalf my siblings. The property was left in a very poor state by the last tenant (who also owed rent). Notwithstanding this I think KFH probably achieved the best price the demise would command at the time. Tom and Cameron kept me regularly informed of all the offers and generally communication was excellent. This became essential when dealing with the conveyancers (it would seem lawyers have their own time-scale (despite both parties wishing to complete asap). Admittedly having a three-way ownership split did not help. Property transaction will never be a simple process and it will always be necessary to obtain good, prompt and reliable information and advice. I am a Chartered Surveyor so was somewhat biased when choosing to use KFH, who have a professional surveying department. They respected that I knew something about the housing market and their communications reflected that, as opposed to my legal advisers whose instructions and advice was perfunctory at best. I would always advise, where possible to instruct an estate agent who employs Chartered Surveyors and certainly would employ KFH again.

Sawan is the man! He has made my property search bearable and his intricate knowledge of mortgages and my financial situation has been explained to me in layman terms so that I have understood and have been supported 100% throughout this long, arduous journey. He even went so far as to visit a competitor estate agency with whom I had made an offer, to check out if I was getting the best deal. I cannot rate Sawan highly enough. Both were fantastic - great communicators, reliable, trustworthy, and patient with my many questions. I'm particularly grateful to Darren for all his hard work - due to tomfoolery in the chain above he went above and beyond chasing solicitors and other agents to ensure the purchase completed in time.
