I began renting a flat with Draker and was impressed by their quick responses. However since the merger with KFH I have been very frustrated. They are quick to take their fee and slow to provide service. Waiting nearly two months for KFH to address a matter of reference checking is wholly unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism. I would suggest thinking twice before using this firm

Bought a property from KFH Battersea. Only a selection of keys were provided by the office once completion was confirmed. One key was missing and I had to purchase this key for £15 from the buildings reception area. I messaged the agent who confirmed the error also acknowledging not all of the keys had been given when I visited the office. Asked for a refund of £15 due to their error. They refused to give me a refund. What ever happened to customer service!! I will never use this agency again. Extremely disappointed!

First time using an agent to let out our property and KFH secured a tenant within 1 week.Initially they claimed they have asked 200 people on their books and felt the asking price was high. We stuck with it as we felt we just need the right people. Fortunately Edmund found us the perfect tenant after the first (and only) viewing. There were some minor issues with the listing details, we felt some staff did not have the attention to detail but they were quick to rectify. We were particularly pleased with Edmund, he was professional, responsive and had a can do attitude. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service from my initial contact with the manager Stuart Banham, through to the various negotiators I dealt with at the Muswell Hill branch, but in particular Charlotte (Lottie) Smith, who mostly dealt with my transaction, she was always very helpful and available, a pleasure to deal with. I received a professional service with regular updates - I was particularly happy with the weekly calls to go through the activity on my flat for the previous week. My calls were answered promptly and call backs were made if the person was unavailable when I called. Everyone I dealt with at the MH office was polite, professional and friendly. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH, and would certainly use them in the future.

The incredible patience of Rossen. There were problems with the LPE1 form. The Company Sec was terribly slow in filling out the details of the freehold. It was endless and I thought I would lose the client. Rossen managed to hold onto her. He was helpful and kept calm, though it was the longest sale he ever had and at times really annoying.I am full of admiration for him and extremely grateful for his guidance. KFH are extremely professional and I certainly recommend them.

Very disappointed again. As soon you sign the contract with them they don’t care about you much. Really disappointed. The first years were better, especially the first year but as longer you stay with them they care less and less and less about their customers.

It was a truly awesome experience working with KFH to find the beautiful and comfortable flat we now live in. Kevin Galvez Andrade of Blackheath office was of immense help from start to finish of the letting process, even when we had missed out on the first 2 flats we viewed, Kevin still offered us a third option and worked extra hard to ensure we meet up with all required checks and especially the move in date. Kevin was never tired of our many calls. I appreciate also Elliot and Shelley. I rate KFH Blackheath 5 stars.

I visited the office spontaneously and Claudio Pinto Correia immediately went with me to view the property I had for sale in Holland Park and quickly prepared and sent me a valuation. Soroush Prado is very professional and a very good negotiator (even on holiday in a different timezone he answered my emails promptly). The company were helpful with the moving out of furniture as I was away at the time of completion. And excellent company which I highly recommend.

He was always available to answer our questions, providing clear and concise explanations that made the entire experience stress-free.
