GoogleNot sure about the comments I read about Keaton. Less than 6 months dealing with Keaton, I had more than 6 agents talking to me, misspelling my name, being suspicious, accusing, rude, using intimidation techniques, willing to check in the flat under unusual reasons… being correct and decent doesn’t bring you less money Keaton, it’s time to upskill your people skills.

GoogleOJ and Chloe were both phenomenal 'value-adds' on my transaction - have been burnt a few times by untrustworthy estate agents but my experience with OJ and Chloe really changed my feelings about the process - both were contactable, forthcoming, proactive and knew their subject matter inside and out. GoogleWe have had a very good experience of the Keatons sales team recently. We have just completed the purchase of a flat in Kentish Town through the Keatons Kentish Town branch. Scott Jacobs and Toni Caldwell helped us throughout to make the sale happen. Scott identified properties that we would like and guided our many visits. Toni got involved once the conveyancing process got underway and is very efficient at chasing everyone and everything that needs chasing to get to the exchange/completion. Toni made sure that no time was wasted and kept in touch with the vendor to relay questions. George Kett who leads the sales team also got involved every time things got tricky on the sale or buy side, and I would have to praise his persuasion and diplomatic skills! We actually went through two conveyancing processes with the Keatons team over the last year, as the first flat we tried to purchase fell through due to some features that eventually meant that we could not find a mortgage for the property. This first process was a real test for all, of patience and determination, to make it happen. Eventually, we were failed by the mortgage company, though the Keatons team did all it could to help support us with the purchase. They even sought advice from other branches of Keatons to find other people who had had similar issues elsewhere and how they had managed to solve these issues. All of this was really helpful. After this first failed attempt, Keatons really tried to help us find another home and we’re pleased that they succeeded :-) Thank you Scott, Toni and George!

GoogleThanks to Keatons Kentish Town we have found our dream home. I had registered with many agencies before, but Keatons has provided a fantastic service from A to Z and I always felt I am in great hands. I highly recommend this agency! From the first conversation over the phone with very friendly estate agent Denis Rein, to negotiation of contract, meeting deadlines of buying before increase the stamp duty rate, to calm reinsurance from the sales coordinator Toni Caldwell that all is going smooth, and she is in touch with all parties including solicitors, vendors... I really enjoyed the experience of showing the flats in relax manners, without double booked appointments, rush from place to place . Denis was very knowledgable about the flat, architecture, area and have great ideas how to get the best value out of your property. No doubts I will use them again in the future!

GoogleWe bought through Keatons and let our flat out at the same time and have to say we were really vey pleased with the service they provided on both fronts. I'd highly recommend them for their friendly, efficient and thorough staff. Special thanks to Ross, Mark and Rozanne in lettings and Scott, Denis and Toni in sales. They made the anxious times far more manageable and couldn't have been more willing to help, especially with multiple revisits, even after exchange and on sundays.

GoogleI have been a landlady with Keatons Kentish Town for about 8 years now. What I have appreciated most has been the continuity in the staff. In particular, Ross Fowler has been there from the beginning. He marketed my flat when I first decided to let it, and he has made himself available through the years, to assist with resolving issues that arose from time to time. I don't rate the rest of Keatons highly (particularly the central lettings management), but thanks to Ross, the Kentish Town branch is in good hands.

GoogleKeatons Kentish Town are a breath of fresh air! Ross, Mark and the team are always friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. Admin errors do occur occasionally but they are always rectified quickly and effectively. I have been a Landlord for many years and have had a number of really bad experiences with agents. Some agents seem to create problems rather than provide a service. Not so with Keatons. They work hard to keep everything running smoothly. For the first time ever, I am enjoying a relationship with an agency who genuinely want to keep both tenants and landlords happy. Keatons have restored my faith in the profession.

GoogleIn 25 years of living in London, I can honestly say Keatons in Kentish Town were by far the most friendly and helpful, as well as competent, agents I have dealt with in that time (and there were a few over the years). In particular, Ross and Chris of the KT branch were outstanding in responding to each and every one of my queries, always super friendly, and I can only recommend Keatons as a great partner to deal with!

GoogleFinally bought my first home and Keatons were professional, helpful and encouraging the whole way through. Scott and the guys in the office did a great job of talking me into a property I probably can't afford but I'm very glad I chanced by Keatons in my hunt for a flat! Special mention to Toni Caldwell (sales co-ordinator) who was extremely friendly and supportive, chasing solicitors and keeping me positive when things got complicated.

GoogleI rang up last year regarding the sale of my property. The guy I spoke to didn't want to visit and gave me an estimate of what I could expect to get over the phone. He didn't seem all that interested in the potential sale. I knew it was way too low an estimate and advertised elsewhere. My flat sold for 60k over their estimate.
