My girlfriend and I have recently secured a new place through Keatons. With the fantastic help from Michael Logan from the Kentish town office it made the process extremely easy. The property market in London can be very difficult to navigate but Michael was extremely attentive, responsive and informative. He went out of his way to allow us to view the property twice as we couldn't make it at the same time, even giving up part of his Friday evening on a sunny night to help us out. I would highly recommend Michael and Keatons.

the team here were absolutely amazing. OJ Aksu was our agent, nothing was too much trouble, he kept us updated on all progress and when things slowed down he came up with new optiuons to get the sale up and going again. Once we had a buyer Toni Coldwell took over and was just as impressive, always answered her phone and kept us informed. She was also a great sounding board for our strategy. As you are probably aware, a good agent makes the difference between achieving a sale at or above the expected price and potentially not selling at all. A good agent will actively find potential buyers, listen to feedback, advise on improvements, and most of all be enthusiastic and punctual for viewings. Saira from Keatons embodies all of these qualities. We had the property on a multi-agency (no internet advertising) arrangement, which gave us a true comparison between ten North London agents. Keatons, and Saira in particular, achieved by far the most viewings and provided consistently valuable advice and feedback. By contrast, the majority of other agents displayed a “couldn’t-care-less” attitude once the contract was signed. We previously lived in Hackney and sold property through Debbie Blow via that Keatons branch as well. They clearly recruit and develop some of the best talent in the industry. With only one exception (a small independent agency), they leave the others far behind. I also unreservedly recommend the manager, Harry Craughwell. Both Harry and Saira act with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of how to handle the many aspects of a property transaction, a rare thing, worth seeking out.
