Scott found us our ideal property, and steered us helpfully through the whole offer/acceptance process.Inevitably, we experienced hiccups along the way, but these were not of Keatons' making, and the Kentish Town team provided valuable support throughout. GoogleOJ worked so hard to find a suitable buyer for our flat after the first buyer fell through. Within a couple of weeks we had a new buyer and he then supported us and our solicitor to ensure the sale went through by our deadline. We were really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend

GoogleWe had a very good experience selling our flat with Keatons. Communication was very good at all stages and it was all done with minimum disruption to our day to day lives. It was especially helpful to have a dedicated sales progressor who was very good and following up with outstanding issues and speeding up communication between both sets of solicitors.

GoogleThe team were very friendly and helpful. The sales consultant arranged a viewing, meeting me on his day off, as this was the only time I could manage. The sales co-ordinator was also very helpful, responding quickly to emails (even on her day off!) and doing her best to speed up the awkward process of buying in London.

They are realistic about what to expect in terms of valuation and are friendly but professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area with a flat to rent or sell.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Keatons. They have sold our property and made the process very smooth and pleasant. Indoor photography team was also amazing. Dealing with other estate agencies in the past, Keatons is by far the Best. Will definitely recommend using them!
