GoogleI recently sold my flat through OJ at Keatons Kentish Town. He was superb, and took the stress out of the process. Within a matter of weeks of first contacting Keatons I had accepted an offer and the flat was off the market. This was at a time when the market was quite slow, making it all the more impressive. During the sale, OJ was great at chasing the relevant parties to make sure progress didn’t stall and that the sale went through smoothly. Thanks OJ!

GoogleIn my 5 years in the UK this has been the worst agency to rent from. Had to hire a solicitor to get my rights respected after constant lying and scamming attempts from them to pay more.

GoogleNot impressed with their letting agency. Bad experience with keys that did not work properly and they expect people to accept it is okay to have to fiddle with a lock in a particular way for it to open.

GoogleWe just bought a flat through Keatons in Kentish Town, and Denis provided a thoroughly excellent service. They use someone from a different office to manage the sale once offer is agreed, and although we had a few issues with that, Denis was always able to answer our questions and help us.

GoogleThe agents Mark Peavot and Victoria Pocsi are not acting in the best interests of the tenants. We domestically cleaned this property as agreed at move out, but we were forced to pay 300 squid additional professional cleaning for no reason. The tenancy was full of lies and bullshxt. Avoid.

GoogleAfter a disastrous renting experience with another agency, Keatons really restored our faith in the London property market! Found an incredible flat, which we needed to move into at very short notice, and our estate agent, Mark, was fantastic at pushing everything along to our needs. The regular updates and contact with the agents were extremely helpful, and within a week we had gone from viewing the property to moving in! Very professional, friendly, and accommodating team. Honestly could not recommend a better estate agents!! These guys will move mountains to do things when and how you need them! Amazing job. Thank you so much.

GoogleWe have recently entered into contracting for a garden maisonette through Keatons in Camden Town. Keatons provided a very professional service. Scott, the sales agent, was straight-talking, professional and diligent in all follow-ups and made the whole experience quite positive for us. Further, we are planning to rent out our existing apartment and Ross from the Lettings department was also impressive and came very well prepared for the valuation. GoogleI have for 7 years been a client of Keatons. The customer service they provide is excellent and i would thoroughly 100% recommend them. The communication is superb and i feel that i have to give a special mention mention to both Ross Fowler and Mark Peavot respectively for the quality of tenants they have provided, they could not provide a more seamless service. If looking to rent your property go and see these guys and you will not be disappointed!
