GoogleI rented an apartment with my friends from them for one yeare. Really considerate, responsible, trustworthy and professional agency. The cleaners come regularly, broken furnitures are repaired in time, and they would actually tell you the average price for unblocking beforehand so that you won't be charged unreasonably by the plumbers. They can be your first choice if you are new comers like me and have no idea about the housing market in London. It is a very conscientious company, the pricing is very reasonable, the main staff is honest and will definitely do what they say they will do, and the maintenance of the facilities is also very timely. It’s very suitable for new students, and their administrators even have WeChat IDs.

GoogleI and my girlfriend are extremely grateful we selected ‘Kaden Properties’ to rent a property from. I must declare that this company handle us from being to end with the highest level of service in a market I’m normally very suspicious of. This is what has led me to write a review is the simply exceptional service I received from Alzan he was both swift and efficient in fulfilling mine and my gf wishes for the requirements of the property we needed within our budget. Thank you again for your help and guidance in finding us the perfect flat. Alzan really was as is the most genuine and caring estate agent I have come across in my 34 years, truly a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleThe property service is the best part of the customer experience. I have rented a room for about two months now and I am very satisfied with their management. My problems are solved immediately every time. The apartment is cleaned regularly and I am arranged to share the flat with flatmates that have similar lifestyles. The room itself is comfortable to stay in and well-illuminated with plenty of sunlight during the day. I highly recommend you to choose Kaden Properties if you want to rent a comfortable place in London!

GoogleAs someone who has found it very difficult to find a reliable, honest agent to deal with my property sale and onward purchase it has been a real joy to work with Zan from Kaden properties he helped negotiate a lease extension as well as the purchase its self in a consistently honest and professional manor. I not only would but have recommended him to others and they have experienced the same level of care and due diligence.

GoogleAfter a month or so of looking for a room in London, I came across Kaden Properties with a lovely property in Camden. Within the space of a few days, I had moved in! End to end, the process was rapid but with an attention to detail. Zan specifically was extremely helpful in turning around my tenancy in a short space of time in unusual circumstances. I thoroughly recommend Kaden Properties.
