GoogleI have taken two lets with Kaden properties and they have been the most responsive and trustworthy estate agents I’ve ever been with :) Zan has been amazing at accommodating my requests, been easy to contact and shown genuine interest to help with any issues or questions I’ve had. It’s great that I’ve had him through the letting side to the property management side of things! I highly recommend Kaden Properties they have high quality properties with great customer service.

GoogleGenerally acceptable. Some staff were friendly most of the time. However, the end of tendency was disappointing. We made an agreement in deposit with the condition of showing us the receipts of everything they took off on the end of tendency deposit list (eg. the end of tendency cleaning fee). But they just pretend to be dead for weeks without any further response to us. I could hardly understand this since people usually receive a receipt right after their payment, and they usually keep the receipt when it can be a proof in business. So I don’t understand why they are hiding from us. The second disappointing thing is that it often took a looooooong time, like up to nine months, for them to get things fixed in house. For example, the cupboard doors were broken by the plumber in December, but it had not even been fixed until the end of tendency NINE months later! There were many other things in the house that were so old and worn-out, but it indeed had to take a long time to be fixed (even though we kept reporting and sometimes the repairmen visited, but things were just badly get fixed). I am writing this review after I have received my deposit days ago just in case (I know some estate agents ask their customers to write good reviews, or they don’t return the deposit). My experience with Kaden Properties has been disastrous, but I still appreciate Kamal and Zan’s efforts in terms of solving all sorts of trivial issues.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience with Kaden Properties and my point of contact Ari was very friendly helpful throughout the duration of my tenancy. I rented a room in a flat share and found the property and flatmates to be very pleasant - just what I needed moving to a new city. The team was very organised so I found the check in and out process was seamless.There was a small maintenance issue that arose during my stay but the team dealt with this quickly and efficiently to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced. Big thank you to the team, I had a lovely experience and would highly recommend!

GoogleI had a great experience with Kaden Properties as an international student renter under a 6 month tenancy from March 2023 to Sept 2023. In particular, I would love to give a shoutout to Zan who singlehandedly made the whole experience blissfully fuss-free and convenient even at his own expense. Zan was incredibly responsive and so thoughtful throughout the entire process, it made life here much more welcoming. Where issues arose, Zan did his best to resolve them in an expedient manner and went above and beyond to do right by us tenants. There were issues with our shower but Zan had, without delay, taken the steps to get his contractor in (Stevie is also a lovely human btw!) the very next day. At no point was there a hold up by Kaden Properties in any part of the process, any delays were fully understandable and outside their realm of control, and it was much appreciated that Zan was always communicative and swiftly dealt with any issues in his court. He was also receptive to any questions I had (and I had many!), and never once failed to take the time to put my worries to rest. On the whole, it has been a very seamless experience that would have me recommending them to anyone requiring a rental property in London. Brilliant experience with Zan and by extension, Kaden Properties, truly! :D Thank you, Zan for being so accommodating!!!

GoogleFor our semester in London at ESCP, we found a great apartment in Camden through Kaden Properties with the help of Zan and his team. They were very flexible and responsive for the viewing, as well as the check-in. The apartment is recently renovated, which is nice, and the small issues we had, were fixed in the blink of an eye (A plumber at your doorstep within 30 minutes, du jamais vu).

GoogleKaden Property is amazing as an agent. They won't overcharge you, they will get the properties checked and repaired regularly. Anything broken or doesn't work will be either fixed in time or even replaced with a brand new one. Our WIFI and microwave was not working at first, and they simply just replaced it with a new one with even better quality. Cleaners will come twice a month and make sure the property is comfortable to live. I will definitely choose them again next year because this is an agent you can trust and they won't fail you. A very good agency, they often check whether there are any problems with the house. If you find any problems, contact them and they will get them solved in a timely manner. They also provide free room cleaning service. They also have Chinese-speaking customer service, and they also set up a WeChat group for Chinese students to contact them, which is so convenient! ! GoogleIt is a wonder to me how this company has so many good reviews. They are rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and the house that the company renovated and gave to us has had so many problems with the electrical wiring, fire alarms, and flooding. In conclusion, I do not recommend them. They do everything half heartedly. They apologize a lot… but at the end of the day I don’t want an apology, I want good customer service and a good place to live in. Plain and simple, without any hassle. That is not something that Kaden can provide.

GoogleMy mum and I had our accomodation fall through and needed a short-term let (for 3 weeks) quite urgently. I contacted Kaden the day before and Zan quite literally pulled a miracle together for us in less than 24hrs (including finishing the whole fit-out of a flat for us!). Zan went above and beyond, cannot recommend enough, thank you.

GoogleHonestly by far the best Landlord I had in a long time. You can’t do better : my bed broke and has been replaced in 24hours while I had nothing to do. My agent (Zan) is so responsive, he always replies within minutes and is very comprehensive. I’m a LGBTQ+ person and I haven’t feel discriminated or not considered. All the process went smooth and I feel very happy to have them as my landlords ! They even make sure that the tenants they pick will get along together in the property and it works !!! This is the experience of a tenant :) It’s a Big 10/10 and I’m very sad to leave them !!!! Do not hesitate a second to work with them, they are a diamond in the sea of real estate !!! GoogleI have been living as a tenant since 2010 and in seven different apartments and this has been my best experience with a real estate agency by far. Zan has been extremely helpful during the whole tenancy and there has been no issues at all. We have not been forced to pay any absurd fees at the end of the tenancy and have received all our deposit without any previous discussion (which should be the normal scenario when you behave properly but unfortunately it doesn't happen that much). GoogleRented a property with them and the whole process was so great! Zan was very helpful and nice the whole time, we were looking to move urgently and within a day from the tenants leaving, he got the property cleaned, showed us around and sorted out the paper work for us to move in the next day (if this is not a 10 out of 10 then nothing is!). 2 weeks in the new place and Zan is already checking how we are finding it! Best agency so far in London!

GoogleI only dealt with Zan at Kaden properties and I can sum the man up in one word "Integrity." He gave me straight answers to all of my questions, without the normal spiel letting agents tend to give you. I didn't get the room I wanted, even offered more money to which he advised the room was earmarked for someone else and wouldn't budge. This led me to immediately trust him as such a commodity is hard to find. I took the other room in the end. I had a couple of questions regarding the broken shower head and a blind that needed repairing. Both were fixed/replaced within a week, the rest was plain sailing. On a final note, the decision of whether you get the room is made on your compatibility with other flatmates so there can be a decent dynamic to the flatshare. With me, this selection worked out well as my flatmates are amazing!!

Zan was so helpful and everything worked out smoothly even though we were in different countries and sorted everything out from abroad. I was struggling to find a short term let for the summer at a reasonable price... when I contacted Kaden Properties they managed to secure me a flat in only 1 week. Zan is very responsive at all times of day, even week-ends, thanks to an easy communication through WhatsApp. I was surprised by the excellent service he provided and his professionalism and responsiveness. The flat was very clean, entirely fresh painted and with quality furnitures. Don’t hesitate and go for Kaden Properties!

I worked with Zan and Kamal, who were both very professional and available around the clock. They both made sure everything was running smoothly and went out of their way on the weekend to ensure that there were no issues with the flat. GoogleKaden Property is really an amazing agent. I had a great experience during the tenancy. They created wechat groups for Chinese tenant and had a Chinese staff to communicate. Their pricing is reasonable and the house is relatively good. Free cleaning service is also provided twice a month. They generally respond in time and always help us fix problems with the broken machines.
