GoogleZan from Kaden properties has been amazing. He was very helpful in responding to requests. The property offered was in great condition and amazing value for money. Zan was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all questions. I felt so well taken care of by Zan, would have liked to rent longer. GoogleI am staying just for several months in London and I needed to find a accommodation fast. I was really lucky to get in contact with Kaden Properties soon. Their offered room is exactly how it looked at spareroom. The contact went really well via e-mail and whatsapp and they answered fast and there were no hidden costs. When I will come back to London I will ask directly them and not start searching long time on my own like I did it firstly. Thanks Zan!

GoogleI am currently renting a room, and in everything is going smoothly. The house and the room are very nice and looked just as in the pictures. I had to rent this room from abroad, without seeing the flat, and I don't regret it. The house is always very clean and all people that share the house are very respectful concerning the use of common space. Zan is extremely helpful and flexible, helped me with everything (including with my big bag, that I couldn't carry due to a recent surgery). So, I highly recommend the room, the flat, the location and Zan's services.

GoogleOverall wonderful experience using Kaden Properties while on holiday in London. Their representative Zan was extremely helpful when making sure our stay was the most pleasant, with the most punctual communication. He also provided plenty of recommendations of places to dine and mingle with locals, which my flatmates loved! The flat was well kept, and fully stocked with all kitchen and bathroom essentials. I highly recommend their service, and I plan to phone them when I visit next time! Cheers

GoogleI've dealt with Zan and Kamal when I reached out to Kaden Properties for a room I was interested in renting. Both were really personable and easy-going. They were polite and fully explained any questions I brought up as ridiculous as they were. I can tell that they really knew their neighborhoods, which was really helpful since I'm unfamiliar with London. They even helped me with some of my things as I was moving. My other flatmates all had positive experiences as well. Overall, a great company and I would be happy to recommend them to others.

GoogleRented a really cozy apartment for a short term stay! Really want to say thank you to Kala, Zan and Kamal. The service as an property agency is just great! Even we were locked out after checking out, they came so quickly to open the door so that we did not miss the flight! Will recommend Kaden for anyone who are looking for valuable accommodation, no matter for long term or short!

GoogleI lived in their properties for over two years and also in different houses. Everything is good and whenever there's something needs to be fixed, Kamal was always responsive and came to check the issue quickly and tried to get them fixed. I had a great time living in there and if I had the chance to live in London again, I will definitely contact Kaden Properties again.

I never had any major issues with the property and if there was anything that had to be sorted out, Zan was always very friendly, accessible and made sure I was comfortable in the flat. Also nearby our workplace (10mins walking-distance). GoogleMy experience with Kaden Properties has been so far really satisfying. In particular Zan, the agent I have been interacting with, has been beyond accommodating and available. He even helped me move my belongings to the new apartment! Furthermore, I found that the photos included in the advert actually mirrored the reality of the apartment.

GoogleKaden Properties is only here to take money from you. I was extremely disappointed by their staff who's been several times disrespectful to me. The only contact they will have with you is to chase for money even before your due date! For the rest, they will stay dead quiet to fix problems in the house! They kept lot of money upfront from me which I felt totally bereft and couldn't fight for my rights! I Hope you will consider twice before signing a contract with Kaden Properties. I was so relieved to leave the flat as the management is arrogant and unreliable. They also work ridiculous hours so you can never go and see them.

GoogleWe didn't have any problems with the agency, everything went well when we were signing the contract for the flat. Zan has been very helpful since we moved in and any issues we had, he managed to solve in a short time, including providing us the furniture we needed to make the place feel like home. :)

Secondly, Zan and the rest of the team were always approachable, accommodative, and professional in all my interactions with them. I was always impressed with Zan’s dedication to ensure that each tenant had a positive experience; through his compassion, willingness to help resolve issues in a timely manner and be accommodative of unusual circumstances whenever required. Thanks again Kaden Properties for this wonderful experience and I will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking to rent accommodation in London.
