GoogleGrateful to Zan for making the process of an urgent and unexpected move rapid and seamless. Viewed and moved in within the space of 24 hours. Flat is excellent quality and amazing value for money. Zan is easily contactable and responds to any queries promptly. Highly recommend and would certainly use again in the future.

GoogleIt’s great, my family. The repairs are really fast and the deposit will not be deducted randomly. There is a quota. If the damage upon check-out is within the quota, the deposit will not be deducted.

GoogleI recently rent one of their rooms in an apartment in London and the experience was excellent. Despite being in Italy, their communication was perfect, making the process very efficient. The team was consistently transparent and responsive when I had some issue fixing it within a day. In the challenge of finding remote accommodation in London, the agency proved to be a reliable and excellent choice. Highly recommended!

GoogleReally the best agency in London! ! I have rented a house in Kaden for four years. WeChat communication is really convenient for Chinese tenants! ! If you have any problems, just report them in the group, and they will respond to your requests. For many home facilities problems, just tell the people at Kaden, and someone will come to solve it soon. (The refrigerator and oven were replaced during my stay). Compared with other British agencies who run away halfway, have pictures that don’t match the real thing, and can’t find anyone when they encounter problems, all of Kaden’s services can be said to be comprehensive! ! ! Families, please come to Kaden to rent an apartment quickly! ! !

Quick reply (during the whole tenant contract period), bills everything about money address very fast so you feel very secure, every issue or things need to repair/fix tackle fast . GoogleI had less than a week to find a place before arriving in London for my study. I was quite anxious and about ready to anticipate the worst (which would translate to Airbnb for a week or two if I couldn't find anything proper). But then literally 3 days before my arrival, I found Kaden ad on a well-situated property in Camden, quite close to my campus. And in less than an hour I heard back from them, much quicker than my previous experience with other agents. I would especially like to single out Zan, who's been incredibly responsible and helpful in making my move seamless and stress free. The property itself is a good value for money. Only been here for a little more than a week now but so far everything is great.
