GoogleTERRIBLE MANAGING AGENTS. Charge 10% for 0% service. In one year I had 4+ property managers, the place is a revolving door. No communication to landlord about any issues, I have caught them in lies multiple times. Sales team are equally poor. This agent survives on back-end relationships with new build developers, not service. AVOID
