Very Greatful for our senior property manager- Shareen Rajput. Unfortunately we have had a few breakdowns around our apartment in recent months including a radiator that stopped working in the middle of the cold snap !! Shareen organised a speedy engineer call out and has been quick on the ball every time we needed something to be fixed or checked - great customer service all round ! :-)

FacebookAn absolute nightmare, keep your flat in immaculate condition and they will still try to squeeze every penny from you at end of tenancy, getting our deposit back was so stressful. This is how they treat NHS staff, as if I’m not dealing with enough stress during this current time.
