Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sales Nikolay Yankov. His tone was unprofessional and condescending, even suggesting that we needed to "educate ourselves" as potential buyers. Rather than offering genuine guidance, it felt like he was more interested in pushing a sale. Such behavior reflects poorly on the agency and left me questioning their professionalism. I would advise future buyers to be cautious.

Company misled my partner whom's english is not her native tongue. They happily took the deposit and first month's rent then decided that the agreement no longer suited the landlord as their reference check "failed" due to someone being on "probation" (false statement and not disclosed to them) A DAY before they were supposed to move in, leaving them homeless without a place to live.

Ryan McCabe, as lettings manager, visited me to explain the process, regulatory environment and likely income. I found his style clear and honest, particularly regarding the amount of pre-letting costs now required from a landlord. Having decided to proceed, Johns & Co quickly marketed the flat, found two suitable tenants and we had agreed terms within a week. I was very impressed with the efficiency of Johns & Co's process, regular communication and the client-focussed attention I received from Ryan and his colleagues. I would particularly like to thank Gytis Serikovas, who finalised the let and liaised on my behalf with sub-contractors to prepare the flat.In summary I would recommend Johns & Co as a letting agent, especially to a hands-off landlord, and hope to continue our relationship in the long term.
