Terrible expereince with Johns&Co from start to finish. Despite positioning themselves as market leaders offering 5 star service in our first call, as a justification for their suprisingly high fees, the subsequent experience has been everything but that. Unresponsive at the best of times, misrepresentation of the propert to prospective tenants, and completely inflexible. If you are a landlord looking to rent your property, I would strongly recommend avoiding Johns&Co at all costs.

Googlealmost never leave feedback, but my experience with this estate agent has been so poor that I feel I have no choice. From the moment the contract was signed, all communication and aftercare completely disappeared. It’s as if their job ends the second they get your signature.
Michael in particular has been astonishingly unhelpful, to the point where it feels like he’s actively working to destroy the company’s reputation. Basic requests are ignored, accountability is nowhere to be found, and professionalism seems non existent.
The real issue lies with management. Allowing this level of incompetence and disregard for clients is a clear reflection of leadership. A company that cannot deliver even the most basic aftercare is not one that deserves anyone’s trust.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency

Called to enquire about renting a property after renting privately for over 15 years,just to be told by John’s & Co that the landlord has a right to refuse DSS ! Clearly they have no understanding of DISCRIMINATION OR THE UPDATED LAW. It’s illegal to refuse anyone that can afford to pay the rent who’s on DSS. I asked the lady for her name which she refused to give and said “she didn’t feel comfortable”After giving me the unlawful & illegal speech. Then the lady put the phone down after I told her what she’s saying is unlawful, she then refused to pick up the phone after I called repeatedly, someone else more qualified answered eventually however, she then sent over links that didn’t even work. Tell me they are discriminating without telling me. Now we know how corrupt John’s and Co are.Disgusting, this will be a law suit waiting to happen.

Then the whole administrative process has been done quickly and the team kept us updated on the progress with respect to the reference check and all other administrative steps.
