TrustpilotThe poor handling of post-tenancy matters has left me dissatisfied with the service.
I rented a property through Johns & Co. for a year. While the tenancy itself went smoothly, my experience at the end of the tenancy has been disappointing.After moving out in early April, it took a significant amount of time and multiple follow-ups before I received my deposit back. A portion of the deposit was withheld to cover my final bill, with the promise that any remaining balance would be refunded once the bill amount was confirmed. Unfortunately, since April, I have yet to receive the remaining balance despite consistent follow-ups.The person initially handling my case left the company, and it appears my case was overlooked. I have had to repeatedly contact Johns & Co., often explaining my situation from the beginning to different staff members. Despite assurances that I would receive callbacks or updates via email, no one has ever followed through.This lack of communication and resolution is disappointing and unprofessional. While the tenancy itself was positive, the poor handling of post-tenancy matters has left me dissatisfied with the service.

A big thumbs up for this company .I rented a property just over 18 mths ago and the team esp Param Virdee the property manager couldn't have been more efficient or helpful .When the underfloor heating went awry ,param not only chased the contractors regularly but also proactively sourced a radiator and had it delivered so the flat wasn't freezing ! Very much appreciated .He is also responsive to requests for any help that is needed and is honest about how long it will take .thank you.

GoogleWe recently signed a new tenancy and were searching with a number of agencies locally. We were really hopeful that which ever property we liked it would be via Aubrey as he was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly agent that we had come across. Thankfully we did find via Aubrey and even though John and Co weren’t managing agents for the property, Aubrey went out of his way to help us with some issues when we first moved in. Massively impressed by him and he is the guy that all agents should look to, to see how the job is done. Thanks Aubrey for all that you did for us! The pub recommendation was a winner too :)
