I recently sold my London flat through Hunters of West Hampstead and was impressed with the support and professionalism from first contact through to completion. Reuben John and his team helped to make this stressful period bearable leaving me to concentrate on everything else. A better agent in the area would be hard to find and would not hesitate to use Hunters again if the need arises.

TrustpilotDamaged our house, and we're not even their clients!
Hunters hung a "for sale" sign on our property, which was a surprise to us, since we were neither selling nor letting the property. When asked to take it down, four visible holes have been left in the wall of our home. It has been six and a half weeks, and the holes are still there. In a couple of weeks, we're going to need to escalate this to the ombudsman. Frankly, I'd be happy with getting the cost of some filler from them and doing it myself. Companies need to be held responsible for damage - they cannot be let off with an "oopsie, my bad".

GoogleNicole went above and beyond to help my daughter and her friend when they had been badly let down by another lettings agent. She was sympathetic and really wanted to help them. She took them to view a property that same day and a few days later the tenancy had been agreed. We are all so grateful for her help and amazing customer service.

Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!

Trustpilotlettings fees are very high
For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.

GoogleHuge shout out to Gabe! He delivered fully as promised. We had our property on the market for sometime with another agent and had been messed around with a buyer who withdrew at the last minute. I spoke with Gabe who said that he would jump straight on it and he did. He arranged to have the property photographed within days and found a buyer the following week. Gabe fully qualified the buyer to make sure there was no time wasted. He progressed the sale effectively and kept me updated at all times. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you!

GoogleIgli was a fantastic help when looking at the property. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the property and I really enjoyed viewing with him. He has also kept in touch with lots more information before deciding on whether to rent the property. We are yet to rent with Hunters but the viewing experience has been superb.

They make you feel safe, which with other agencies I was always afraid that scam was around the corner. I have only great things to say about Hunters Middleton branch! From the very first phone call right up to exchanging contacts They have been beyond brilliant. I absolutely loved the pictures of my house and the write up most definitely did my house justice. My house sold within 4 days and I was over the moon with the price!Nicole was the shining star for me- she kept in daily contact and was the most reassuring and helpful person every single step of the process. To say we’re disappointed with the level of communication from the Horncastle Branch with Michael and Susan Noonan is an understatement and the level of service is a far cry from Michael's commitment to customer experience.Researching this branch shows multi-occasions that this activity has happened here.If you’re viewing a property with the intent to buy, don’t expect them to tell you if any other parties are interested. They’ll just pull it from under your feet along with any visions or excitement of a future you had in said house.Viewed a property two weeks ago, following the viewing we had a really positive conversation with Susan in the office expressing great interest, no more than a week later sold to another buyer with no communication. It would have been professional and courteous to reach out to the buyer but more so to the seller, as I’m certain they would like to have known of other interest. Susan and Michael took away any opportunity or chance to put in any offers, resulting in many wasted hours.I wouldn’t usually leave a review; but the tone in which Susan delivered the news was blunt, lacked any sort of empathy and very closed, to date I am still waiting for a reply to my email which I can only assume has been ignored.We will steer clear of this company for future sales and purchases, knowing that their priority doesn’t appear to be with either buyer or seller.Happy to receive a call or email to discuss our experience with you.
