GoogleHad a great experience with Foxton, particularly with Christine. She was very responsive and helped me to look for a property as per my requirement. I had a virtual viewing and deal from Indonesia but everything went smooth and she guided me throughout the whole process. Heard a great review about Foxton from my colleagues as well. Thanks!

TrustpilotExtremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.
I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleI had a great experience with Melissa Acevedo from Foxtons. She is an immensely efficient, friendly and intelligent young lady. The process of viewing the properties and securing one of them only took a working day to complete. I would definitely return for her service if I have the opportunity in the future. Edit: Not sure if it is because of the COVID situation, she had become quite unresponsive. I cannot reach her at all and have to ask for another agent from the same company to assist with me.

GoogleI’ve had an awful experience with Foxtons. They charge high commissions but offer no real service in return. Emails go unanswered, problems remain unresolved, and customers are simply ignored. Utterly frustrating and unprofessional.
