I find Ms Kayleigh Weston very helpful and supportive. I initially requested her for recommendation of their contractor/s regarding AC and heating issue, who knows the system in Beaufort Park. She offered assistance and contacted the RMG company and they resolved the issue. Moreover, Kayleigh has impressively and significantly improved her communication skills. I am grateful for her service and assistance.

GoogleI have been living in one of the properties B&R manage for 12 years .kept the flat clean, tidy and even a couple of times painted from my own pocket as they said the landlord does not accept .always paid my rent on time even during Covid when everyone asked for holiday rent.I was asked to evict the flat and they kept sending the details of a cleaning company for deep cleaning although the flat did not need deep cleaning they pressurised me that if you don’t use this company and something goes wrong then we will deduct from your deposit . I asked the company come for deep cleaning in the flat , on the return the flat was cleaned but not deep and was charged £225 contacted the company and asked for partial refund but refused and never answered my messages or phone calls again. I had no choice but hoping B&R agent can help but in my surprise they did not do anything . They are part of this game and making sure to milk the money of the tenants . As a representative for landlord and tenants they have duty to look after us not just charging money .during 12 years of my tenancy I never asked for anything unnecessary and tried to be fair and do most jobs myself. A very expensive experience with them and very unhelpful team never use them again and suggest to be careful at the beginning they are nice but then the only thing they care is themselves . Jalil

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent property manager. Took 5 months to reimburse me for the gas charge that the previous tenant did not clear. I moved out on 1st Oct, signed the deposit return form on 14th Oct and I still have not received my deposit back, or even an update on the process. Absolutely no communication from the property manager, who is supposed to take care of this. Most of my emails were ignored/ replied to after more than a week. Never once apologised for late communication, no courtesy whatsoever.During the tenancy, pipe leakage, non-functioning ventilation, molding were not dealt with even though complaint were sent a few times. Not to mention some unreasonable charges to the deposit for wear and tear upon moving out. This overall has been a terribly distressing renting experience. Please stay clear of this agency.

After all the utility bills were paid and dilapidations were agreed with you, it looks like you settled everything amicably.
