Dele and Edelyn worked hard to sort out all of the pre-requisites for us so we could move in time since we had a specific timeline and really wanted the property. The whole process was super smooth and Sylvie, the property manager, has been responsive and helpful since we've moved in. I'd trust Benham & Reeves as letting agents again. Since I’ve moved into my apartment ten years ago, I’ve had an array of different managing agents, that weren’t that efficient. However, when Denisa Markusekova became the managing agent for my property, things changed completely. She is so efficient, and is always on standby to solve any problems with the property. She puts her utmost effort into ensuring that both the tenants and landlords are looked after completely. I have always had full faith in her work. She has sorted so many problems in my flat, from plumbing issues, to furniture replacements, etc, in the most timely manner. I have never had to worry at all. Rented a flat with them. It took Benham and Reeves more than 2 months to reimburse my deposit after many emails. The accounting department made a lot of mistakes and information communicated to me was erroneous (miscommunication as they would call it) which eventually cost me half a month rent. Would not trust them for any transaction

The agent was completely useless. Messed up the contract 3 times by getting basic information wrong and we all had to resign. The house was also not in good shape when we moved in. Clearly no one went through the house or even cared how it was left. Our agent was NO help in trying to give us our keys. We had to go get them ourselves when were trying to move all our stuff. He was completely unhelpful in every single way possible. We still don’t even have our landlord’s contact information! By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve lived in 5 different countries renting.

I decided to work with Chris Cooper at Benhams, who I had some interaction with when he was working at another agent. I had moved abroad, so felt that I needed a high level of trust in the agent who was representing me, as I would not be physically available in case issues came up. I found Chris to be very honest and straightforward, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process has been smooth. He has dealt with the tenants in my property respectfully, and kept interactions to a necessary minimum. At the same time, he has arranged a successful sales process, which generated a number of offers and went to sealed bids. Interaction with other team members at Benhams has also been positive. I am very happy with my decision to work with Chris, and have not doubted it at any point in the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others in need of his services.
