TrustpilotA good experience with an estate agents…
Tyrique was open, honest and helpful; not my general experience of estate agents over the last 30 years… A genuinely good experience meeting him - highly recommended.

GoogleOur experience of Strattons and Partners was a very positive one. Our initial contact was with Dylan who we found very knowledgeable and informative. Alex who worked with us through the sale of my property we found equally knowledgeable and professional. His experience was evident and we quickly felt we could trust this. The most important thing for me was that we felt Alex was alongside us all the way through the process and this felt supportive and re-assuring. He was available whenever we had questions or concerns about the sale and kept a good line of communication between us and our buyers. Alex and Dylan work very well as a team. There was a problem with the sale at one point when Alex happened to be on his summer break, however, Dylan picked it up seamlessly and acted swiftly and a satisfactory outcome was reached.

GoogleWe had an absolutely fantastic experience with this team and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. Alex was in regular, weekly contact with us, providing detailed catch-up calls and keeping us in the loop after every viewing. The group chats they set up were a brilliant touch, ensuring we were always in the know and able to communicate quickly and easily. The marketing materials, particularly the video and photography, were outstanding and really showcased our home in the best possible light. What stood out to us the most, however, was the availability and responsiveness of the team. Every viewing request was accommodated without hesitation, which is a true testament to the dedication of the two-person team. This level of service is something you don’t often get with larger agencies, where long wait times and less personal attention can be a common frustration. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We felt supported, informed, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. A massive thank you to Alex and the team!

TrustpilotVery disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Kacey and a complete lack of communication. She knew I needed to move within a week but still had me complete the form and viewing, then stopped responding when I asked whether not being able to meet the tenant in person would be an issue. A waste of valuable time when I was working to a tight moving deadline.

TrustpilotGreat Experience
I recently represented a buyer on a transaction in South Norwood with my property finding Company WelcHome International where Tyrique acted as the sales agent, and I couldn't have asked for a better professional to work across from. Real estate transactions are often complex, but Tyrique’s proactive communication and solution-oriented approach made the entire process seamless. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the South Norwood market, transparent with all parties, and stayed dedicated to ensuring we reached a successful completion.

GoogleAlex has done a great job to help us sell our home in a fluctuating market. He has been honest and detailed about his marketing approach and valuation. We had previously worked with an another estate agent and had three failed sales, so we were felt demoralised. When we contacted Strattons and Partners, Alex came for a home visit and really listened to us. He guided us through the process from beginning to end and even checking in after the sale. Both he and Dylan communicated clearly and frequently on arranging site visits and shared feedback from viewers. Happy to say that Strattons and Partners sold our home in under two weeks. Thank you Alex!

The agent working with me, KayCee is so professional. I like the way she adapts her communication styles and methods to suit my needs.
