I had an amazing experience with streets ahead, I did not end up finding my home with them however throughout the process my agent George Barnes was so helpful, very responsive and he always sent me emails with properties that matched my exact requirements. It's so nice to see estate agents really caring about their clients again and not just motivated by money! GoogleWe were extremely pleased with the service we received from Strattons and Partners. Our main contact was Dylan but Alex responded to questions when Dylan was unavailable. From the moment Dylan entered the flat, he identified its key selling features. We were fortunate in having a buyer within a few days of it being put up for sale, demonstrating that Dylan knew his market. The price he suggested supported this. He understood the implications involved in selling through Power of Attorney. Since we did not live in Bath, Dylan found us people who could provide the necessary safety certificates at short notice. We were kept informed throughout the process and gently nudged if something needed doing our end. We would certainly recommend Strattons without hesitation.

She showed me round properties within my budget. During the process she ensured I was kept up to date, I had options and thought-out the process I was happy. Alex was a breath of fresh air throughout the process, providing valuable insight, ultimately ensuring we did not overvalue our property, which was essential with our timeline. He provided excellent advice on the intricacies of selecting the right seller, proving essential later on down the line. Once we entered into the chain Alex then recommended a superb Solicitor, ensuring the process was smooth, enabling us to complete prior to the March Stamp Duty deadline. GoogleStratton's was actually the third estate agent we tried and far and away the best. Dana helped us really understand the market and set a realistic price rather than the price we thought we could get. She was open and honest and really went above and beyond the call of duty. She even recommended a surveyor for a house we were interested in buying through another estate agent (and that surveyor saved us from buying a money pit!). She kept in touch all the way through and is very supportive. I cannot recommend Stratton's enough, they don't just sling your house on the market, they actually work hard to get you a sale. GoogleWe sold our Shared Ownership flat through Strattons and Partners. From the word go, Dana was fantastic with incredibly clear, speedy and concise communications. Nothing was too much trouble. We had only had 2 views over 6 weeks whilst it was advertised with the HA. After contacting S&P, Dana came and viewed the flat the next day, took photos with Alex the day after that and the advert was live that night (Saturday). By Sunday evening we already had 3 bookings lined up for the next few days and by the Wednesday we had chosen the buyer. All through the process Dana was there to guide us as first time sellers and assist with any obstacles that appeared not just for our sale but also for our purchase with chasing all positions in the chain. GoogleI've bought and sold a few houses in my life and it's usually been a drawn out and stressfull process but I have to say it couldn't have been more different with Strattons. Their marketing was excellent, their valuation was more than I expected but they found a buyer quickly and the valuation was achieved. GoogleWe decided to use ‘Strattons’ to sell our ‘buy to let’ house in Swindon. Alex is also a good family friend and we don’t normally like to mix friendship with work but It was the best decision we made as Alex was very professional throughout and kept us up to date with the sale on a regular basis. We liked that ‘Strattons’ is a smaller agent rather than dealing with different people every time you call a larger estate agent. A definite bonus!
