Maya has been more than helpful and provided her expertise of the properties when we initially liaised. Her professionalism was prominent as she thoroughly explained what made the properties stand out and highlighted all the positives that worked in our favour. To us that meant that she pays great attention to detail and memorises her clients preferences and does her best to match those to whatever is available on the market. She also proved to be very knowledgeable in regards to the area itself and shared all the essential tips that one would need in regard to parking, traffic, transport links etc. overall one of the best viewing experiences that would convince one to go ahead with streets ahead due to the great attention to detail. what the advantages

Arthur has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Initially we ended up a bit late to our first viewing but we went straight to the 2nd property instead and there were no issues. He drove us to the next property which was very nice, while being conversational and telling us about shortcuts to the station and other useful tips. After the 2nd viewing he dropped us off near the station. We ended up not going for any of the properties however he has already since sent us a lot more links to houses which are more suited for our budget.

Thank you all for the excellent support on our recent house move. All staff have been very helpful but Dylan in particular worked extremely hard to manage a long chain and steer our sale and purchase successfully towards exchange and completion. We had regular updates on progress and always very quick responses to any queries along the way. The chain broke down a couple of times but Dylan was always on hand to do his best to quickly mend the chain and get the transaction moving again.
