I met Oliver 'Ollie' from the Addiscombe Branch at a viewing about 2 weeks ago. As I walked through the doors of the property I knew it wasn't for me (the property had only just come on the market and so pics weren't available when I was contacted to view it). Anyways, I told Ollie what my requirements were and he then said, oh, we have 2 other properties I can show you today. These weren't booked in, but he made time to then show me those properties in the afternoon. Unfortunately, neither were for me.

GoogleI wanted to take the time to leave this review because we have had such a good experience with Strattons. From the very beginning of the process Dylan and the team really took the time to listen and supported us with selling our property. He was in regular contact about viewings that had been booked and how the viewings went. The whole team have a very personable approach and really worked hard to get us the sale that we wanted. It sounds like a cliche but it really felt like they cared. Honestly 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know and will absolutely be using in the future.

GoogleI sincerey recommend Stratton and Partners. I have used other estate agents in Bath before who could learn several lessons from this company! Dylan and Georgie were my main points of contact. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. A WhatsApp group was set up immediately after I instructed them to advertise my house. The lines of communication from day one were excellent. We even had daily reports to each other at various points in the proceedings. They genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful. Selling your house is never straightforward, but Dylan and Georgie did their utmost to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. I would also like to thank Alex for his support when required. A 5 star review for a great estate agents. I imagine there aren't many estate agents that get such good reviews! Thank you all...

We bought and sold with Strattons and they were superb from the initial valuation until completion. A buyer was found for our house very quickly and they secured the purchase of our new home. Communication is so important when moving, and this was first class throughout the buying/selling process, especially when we encountered the inevitable bumps in the road. We are now very happy in our new home and would have no hesitation in recommending Strattons to anyone buying or selling their home in the Bath area

The sale was quite challenging due to some difficulties with the seller, but Aidan did his best to help manage the situation and get things moving. GoogleWe were overseas landlords who needed to sell our property, if possible without visiting the UK. Strattons and Partners were recommended to us as they had worked with overseas sellers previously. Strattons worked with the existing tenant and got the property listed, they handled the viewings, helped us find service professionals, and after the accepted offer worked well with all parties to get to a successful sale completion. Communication was good throughout. Very happy with the service they provided - would highly recommend.

Dylan found us a buyer very quickly and Dylan and Georgie worked tirelessly, and with enthusiasm, to ensure the sale went through. We looking at moving as a family. Unfortunately the property we were unable to live with the property we find with street ahead as the landlord wanted to under go some relays beyond our time limit. However l have to say the services of George the consultant from Addiscombe branch was expectional through out our search. He was very helpful and understood the type of property we as a family were looking for. And in the words of my 9yr old, He is a very good agent. Thank you George.
